We had a group of 14 stay and it was amazing. The pool was heated and clean - the daily turndown service was lovely. I would recommend this Airbnb to any large group! Beware the hill is quite steep coming back home so keep that in mind!

This place is incredible. My wife and I just did our joint 40th here with 13 adults and 3 kids. The photos do not do it justice. Huge layout, each room was well designed spacious and had everything you wanted. Hanging by the pool was the highlight and very close to town. I would recommend hiring a golf cart if you have little ones. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in Sayulita. The villa was exceptional and even more beautiful than the pictures. Barbara was a lovely host and was very accommodating to our needs. This was a perfect place for our large group to stay.

Barbara's place is in a perfect location. Easy walk to town, the beach and many restaurants and bars. Works really well for large groups. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing! It's like having your own hotel. The staff keep the place spotless throughout the day. The walk down to the beach is only about 10min and a very pretty one through town. Highly recommend taking some of Barbara's chef connections for food at the house too.

Better than the pictures! And Barbara and her colleagues went out of their way to prepare the place early upon our arrival and connected us with grocery delivery. Area seems a bit sensitive to noise after 10pm (which is mentioned in the listing) but the place is all open-air so it's not difficult to be a little loud. Overall, incredible place if you have a large enough group to need all the space!
