Casa Esperanza es una casa frente al mar de diseño único en Los Barriles, con un carácter claramente mexicano. Los muebles robustos de madera estilo hacienda, el techo de palapa, los coloridos azulejos mexicanos y las superficies de concreto pulido crean un ambiente cálido y confortable.
La propiedad tiene capacidad para hasta ocho huéspedes en tres habitaciones independientes y un altillo:
- La primera habitación cuenta con una cama California king.
- La segunda habitación tiene una cama king.
- La tercera habitación es una casita independiente con una cama queen, cocineta y entrada privada.
- El altillo incluye una cama queen adicional.
La casita ofrece mayor privacidad y flexibilidad para los huéspedes.

Casa Esperanza se encuentra directamente en la extensa playa de Los Barriles, con kitesurf, windsurf, wing foil y pesca de clase mundial justo afuera de la puerta trasera. Los kayaks y la tabla de paddle surf de pie incluidos facilitan la exploración de las aguas cristalinas, donde es posible ver delfines, mantarrayas y tortugas marinas.
La casa también está a poca distancia a pie de numerosos restaurantes y hoteles. Palmas Pickleball, la instalación de pickleball más nueva de la ciudad, está cerca y ofrece una forma agradable de mantenerse activo mientras disfruta del entorno costero.

Fantastic location right on the beach and still central and walkable to local shops and restaurants. Fabulous host who was directly available and personally checked us in and out. Huge space and perfectly comfortable with everything you could need. As one who loves to cook the kitchen was very well appointed with sharp knives and all utilities. Outdoor grill was nice touch and had fresh tank of propane. Overall this was a super stay and I would recommend 100%. 10/10 would book again.

Location of house was perfect on the beach and central to everything we wanted to do including kiteboarding, pickleball, little chapitos, and good restaurants. Only drawback was the road right next to the house that had heavy boat traffic and atvs that whiz through the blind corner by the front of the house. Also, the attached casita does not receive enough signal from main house to get any WiFi would’ve been good to know as I needed that private space to work and could not. Outside that, the house itself was awesome had a nice cement area in front to clean/store our Kiteboard gear and everything inside to cook meals bbq etc. plenty of room for all 5 of us!

We loved our stay at Casa Esperanza and location! Lots of activity and so much to see right off the patio! Cows, walking feet away from our lanai and boats and people coming and going. The only thing for me that was missing was a swimming pool! It was extremely hot in June. Luckily the air condition worked great throughout the whole entire house so we could escape the heat! We would definitely stay there again!

The accommodation is a bit outdated, which you could already see on the website. The amenities are fully OK. Unfortunately, the whole place was very dusty on arrival and also not quite clean in some corners. Quite surprisingly, however, came the morning noise when the fishermen pulled their boats onto the beach with the help of a bulldozer. Since the house only had a thatched roof, it felt as if the bulldozer had been driven right next to the bed. And this doesn't just happen once from 6 AM. Otherwise, the property is right on the beach and you can watch both the kitesurfers and the whales relaxed from the terrace. The place has nice restaurants and bars, all within a 15-minute walk. If you love pickleball, you're in good hands with almost 40 courts. We will gladly return to Los Barriles. Whether we can stay in this place is something we need to discuss intensively again.

This is our second time staying at Casa Esperanza and we very much enjoyed ourselves. The view is spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the AC works very well, and the kitchen is well equipped. We cooked several meals there and never found ourselves without a kitchen gadget we needed. We also love how the house is within a short walk to a mini supermarket and restaurants. Wolf Property Management is friendly and responsive.

This property is absolutely beautiful and great for large groups. The beach swims are some of the best swims I have ever had and the kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus! All in all it was a 10/10 experience!!
