Ubicada en la cima de la colina dentro del exclusivo resort Puerta Cortés, la casa ofrece vistas panorámicas y espectaculares atardeceres desde su amplio balcón del segundo piso.

Cierre de la piscina infinita
La Administración Residencial Las Colinas está realizando una reparación imprevista en la piscina infinita de esta sección. Como resultado, la piscina permanece cerrada temporalmente desde el 19 de mayo y continuará fuera de servicio hasta nuevo aviso.

Acceso a Blue Cortés
BLUE CORTÉS suspendió el acceso para huéspedes de alquileres de corta estancia a partir del 26 de marzo de 2026 y pasó a ser un club de playa exclusivo para miembros.
Los huéspedes aún pueden disfrutar de las instalaciones y los servicios de PUERTO Beach Club, así como de las amenidades disponibles en Hotel Indigo.

Some suggestions would be have the mattress a bit more hard all the mattresses are very soft except the one with the buck bed ( the bottom one)

The house is beautiful, with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. The view is beautiful, the area is beautiful, safe and easily accessible. Being able to be at the beach club and being able to enter the Indigo Hotel make the stay a much more pleasant place, a place we would repeat. We had a great time as a family. The host was very friendly and responded instantly. The cleaning service was ideal, so you don't have to worry about anything extra. We will definitely come back.

Very good house, with beautiful views, nice spaces, spacious. The best thing was that we could use the Indigo Hotel's beach club. The golf cart is great for getting around. The only thing is that the kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes and serving trays, but otherwise, it was excellent. Antonio helped us with all our needs; he was always very attentive and quick to respond.

We had a very disappointing experience with this stay due to an ongoing issue with the smoke alarms and lack of communication from the host. Shortly after arrival, the alarms began malfunctioning and going off repeatedly, including at night. Maintenance initially came but removed multiple detectors from the ceiling without clearly explaining that they were being taken away or when they would be replaced. At one point, several locations in the home were left with mounting plates and no detectors. Only one detector was later installed, and the issue was never fully resolved during our stay. We followed up multiple times requesting an update and a proper fix, but the host did not respond to any of our messages for the remaining four days of our stay. Our messages were read but not answered, and there was no further communication. We were patient and gave multiple opportunities for this to be addressed, but the issue remained unresolved.

Our whole family, that included parents, grandparents, and 3 teenagers, loved staying at Arimar’s Airbnb. We ate on the deck and watched amazing sunsets. We loved the golf carts (rented a second one) with the golf cart paths going all the way down to the marina. The sushi restaurant at the marina was excellent. The beautiful swimming pool was very close. We hung out at the Puerto Bech club a few times and enjoyed ordering food and drinks from a shaded mattress and chairs on the beach. We also enjoyed their small pool and hot tub. Tony arranged for an excellent chef to come and prepare a meal. Diego was a fabulous cook! It was the perfect place to keep everyone happy!!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
