The Space

This beautiful, newly built 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is perched on a hill with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, city, mountains, and the community infinity-edge pool. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a laundry room. The unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with additional fees applied for more than 6 occupants.

Each bedroom includes its own mini-split air conditioner, while the main living area is cooled by a central air conditioning system. The master bedroom offers a programmable safe large enough for a laptop, a seating area, and stunning views of the ocean, city, and mountains. The two other bedrooms provide beautiful city views and also include seating areas.

There are two balconies: a large balcony off the living room with a propane barbecue grill and seating for four, and a smaller balcony off the master bedroom with seating for two. The laundry room is fully equipped and includes a pull-out clothesline for drying damp clothes or towels. Water filtration is provided by a three-stage filter in the laundry room and an additional filter under the kitchen sink, which supplies filtered water to both the kitchen faucet and refrigerator.

Location

The condo is just minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and approximately 40 minutes from San Jose Del Cabo International Airport. Nearby amenities include a small, well-stocked Dannan convenience store located at the corner of C. Miguel Angel Herrera and Libertad, as well as a popular taco restaurant, Tacos El Norteño, on C. Miguel Angel Herrera.

Community Access and Amenities

As a guest, you will have authorized, non-exclusive access to common areas within the Quivira development. This includes certain internal roads, beach access, and designated consumption areas, all subject to Quivira’s internal regulations.

The community currently consists of only 14 condominiums, so the shared infinity-edge pool is rarely crowded, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Additional Information

• Parking: One vehicle may be parked in space 201A on the first level of the garage, located just steps from the elevator. Look for the black Jeep Wrangler as a reference point.
• To reach the condo, take the elevator from garage level 1 near the garage entrance to floor 2. The unit is the second door on the left, marked 201A.
