All beds feature upgraded white linens and new foam toppers for enhanced comfort. The entire house uses filtered water from the local treatment plant, with an additional reverse osmosis system installed at the kitchen sink for extra purification. Each bathroom is equipped with hairdryers and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Guest Access and House Rules

Guests are welcome to enjoy the home fully, with the understanding that a few cabinets, a second refrigerator, and one closet contain the owners’ personal belongings and remain locked. This does not restrict your stay in any way.

Please note the following house policies:

• No smoking on the property
• No parties or bands allowed
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM

Additional Benefits

Guests have access to nearby hotels including Pueblo Bonito, Pacifica, and Rose and Blanco downtown. This access grants use of their restaurants, pools, and spas. Gym use at these hotels requires an additional fee. Guests receive a 20% discount on food and beverages at these locations.

Additionally, a 25% discount is available at the Quivira steakhouse and golf course, located just down the street.
