Department The Elements Beachside

We have stayed at the Elements quite a few times now. We enjoy the proximity to 5th Avenue and many great restaurants. Staying here allows us to feel like we’re in a safe, private location that has all the amenities we need without all the commotion of an all-inclusive. We typically make breakfast and snacks in the condo, then go out for dinner. The beach club is reasonably priced for snacks, lunch, and drinks. Hanging out at the pool or beach fills our days. The staff keeps the grounds groomed and clean. We really enjoyed have the ground level this year. *Bonus are the wonderful massages from Angie or Blanca!

We had a lovely time here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach access is very small and the beach is steep, but there is a very nice area for sitting up a little above where the water is and there is a nice beach club with drinks and food. The pool is huge and shallow and very clean. The apartment is clean and nice but you will have to buy some basics if you want to use the kitchen. No salt, pepper, oil, but all utensils, pots and pans are there if needed. Beach towels included which was very nice! Staff very kind and host was helpful when we had questions. Filtered water available in the room and we bought one replacement while we were there. We loved our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Sofia's condo. Her unit was filled with high quality everything. It is in a complex with many retired people who are staying very long term in other units. The security was friendly, attentive and appreciated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool area is right outside the patio door. It is a quiet and relaxing pool. There is a beach bar that has very tasty food and reasonably priced drinks. It is more lively than the pool area and has music playing on speakers. The patio has a table for four to have a meal. We would not hesitate to book Sofia's condo again next year and would like to stay for even longer than a week next time.

Ideal place for family or group, quiet, no noise, accessible parking. Food options nearby and a store for basic things across the street. A few blocks away, there is a 24-hour Soriana for any emergency. From the airport road to the place is like making an “L” easy to get to with the apps. The place with everything you need to prepare food. Laundry service, if you go for 1 week and don't want to carry so many clothes, this way you don't run out of changes. Ideal pool for children, beach clubhouse with an excellent variety of drinks and food. Nearby points of interest Xelha 30 min, Xcaret complex 10 min, airport depends on traffic 30 min as well as Cancun hotel zone 40 min. A few blocks from the tourist area of Playa del Carmen.

Sofia was very attentive. The location is perfect, it has a beach club and you can walk to Quinta Avenida. The place is very quiet and the apartment is a very good size, apart from the one on the first floor, which makes it very comfortable since it is a few steps from the pool. We would definitely stay at this place again.
