Beachfront 3BR • Pool, Kayaks & Ocean Views

Herbert’s place was great for our family! We were a little concerned about the “external” stairway and having our kids on a different floor, but the stairway was enclosed and behind a locked gate - and our kids loved having some independence and a space of their own. The pool was big enough for 3 kids and four feet deep throughout. Herbert was very quick to communicate and an extremely helpful host!

The five of us really enjoyed our time -- comfortable beds, nice and clean, great A/C, well-stocked kitchen, and we especially loved the main porch off the kitchen and the kayaks. It's an extraordinarily beautiful setting from sunrise to sunset. We really recommend this place.

Super nice place - spectacular setting - off the beaten path for peace and quiet, but still close enough to restaurants and activities. We loved it!! Herbert was amazingly helpful!

Herbert's hacienda exceeded our expectations. The house is a great beautiful location. it is away from placencia so it is peaceful. The house is stocked well with towels and everything you need. We had a little trouble finding the place initially because it was marked wrong on the map. However, Herbert guided us to find it. it rained most of the time we were at Herbert's house, The top deck made the rain enjoyable to sit and listen to the storms. we loved staying here.

Beautiful beach house. A little removed from town but that is what we wanted and easy to get to anything we needed with a rental car. Lived the look and beach right outside our back door. Kitchen had all we needed to make meals.

It was very nice, private and peaceful place, my family and I enjoyed would love to book again, :) recomended 10/10, and Herbert was an amazing host.

Herbert place was peaceful, clean, and inviting. We all 4 enjoyed our stay and loved being greeted by the local 2 dogs everyday. The morning sunrises were amazing. We took the kayaks out twice in the morning and enjoyed the view and all the beautiful birds feeding in the shallow sea floor while the sunrise glistened. The beach was clean, but everyday plastic would be swept in by the tides. Not a lot and no fault of the host Herbert. My husband and I would pick it up everyday. Only because we are activist about a clean earth. I wish all people would recognize this problem. Thanks Herbert for the great communication and your beautiful home. We all had a great time.

The home offers everything anyone could need from top to bottom. The kitchen is especially well equipped. Very nice having the lower-level kitchen for keeping cold drinks for easy beach and deck access. The exterior area is very well kept including daily pool and beach clearing. Having a washer/dryer to run a load of laundry to head home without dirty clothes in suitcase is a real bonus. The wi-fi encountered a problem that could not be repaired immediately, and Herbert immediately offered generous compensation for the inconvenience. Herbert is an exceptionally responsive host and provides the very best in AirBnB experiences.
