6BR House in Cabo San Lucas

Dawn’s place was perfect for our group of 11 on a bachelorette trip. The house was very spacious and the views were amazing, especially at sunset. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Her associate Robin was the one we did most of the communication with and she was always very responsive. She also was extremely helpful when it came to booking our activities which was so nice and took some of the stress away of picking a reputable place. We also used Chef Adrian’s services and I definitely recommend because all the food was delicious. The transportation services recommended by Robin was convenient for our large group and they were always easily reached and available when we needed rides. If you do choose to use them make sure to bring plenty of cash to pay and tip for the rides because there is a 10% fee when using a credit card. Overall I would definitely recommend Dawn’s pace for your trip to Cabo.

We stayed in this home for a birthday trip. Pictures truly don’t do it justice. Robin was super helpful and responsive. She gave us recommendations for transportation, yachts, restaurants, and other services. We utilized the grocery stocking from Chef Adrain, airport pickup / drop off from Cabo Dreams, and a yacht recommendation. Didn’t have to plan a thing. The house is in Cabo Bello, A private, gated neighborhood in the tourist corridor. You’ll definitely feel safe and secure. The pool is on the main level, facing the marina so you’ll have sun all afternoon. The nest is a very cool spot. A great space to see the water and enjoy a drink. The rooftop is a phenomenal place to watch the sunset. The house already had towels which was nice for the pool and the walk down to the beach. Every room had a/c which is a nice feature. I’d definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing!! Exactly how it was advertised to be. Great location within minutes of all our wedding events. Host staff went above and beyond. Reasonable priced transportation service with flexible notice requirements. Amazing chef with pre-stocking grocery service. I found myself with an injured leg half way through the trip and the ran to Walmart to get me crutches and an Ace bandage. Daily cleaning service was excellent. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Would absolutely stay there again if another trip to Cabo is in our future!

We loved the space and the outdoor sitting areas! We weren’t in a walkable location to San Lucas or San Jose, but they arranged transportation very easily for us. We loved our stay and Robin communicated with us very well and answered every question concern and need quickly.

This house is in a great neighbourhood with easy access to a grocery store and easy driving to Cabo, SAN Jose del Cabo, Todos Santos, and others. We were a family gathering of 10 people and we all found the home to be extremely comfortable. A lot of time was spent in the pool. We would recommend this home to anyone.

We dealt primarily with Robin who was absolutely fabulous to deal with. From the day we made the initial reservation, Dawn and her team did an amazing job in Communications and always with a very timely response.

We stayed here for my bachelorette group of 11 in total. Every single person who came had nothing but great things to say about the villa. First off, we were able to check in early, so we really appreciated the flexibility! Second, the location was ideal: gated community, private, only a short car ride to the main town. We felt safe the entire weekend, and the villa looked exactly like the pictures. Third, the communication and help from Robin was phenomenal. Robin was always quick to respond to any messages (within 20 mins max). She was so helpful with planning and coordinating different things (decorations to have inside the outside before our arrival, transportation, boat reservations). We could recommend this villa to everyone! We would love to come back and stay again

The pictures of the sunset on the roof do not do the place justice! It was a very walkable area. A few of our friends walked to the grocery store, and they said it was pretty easy, just had to run across one main road to get there. The walk to the beach is very doable and worth a sunrise visit! Little rocky but beautiful. Host Dawn and Robin were so responsive and provided us numerous resources to make my bachelorette amazing. When I asked her to communicate with my MOH for events, she obliged. Her recommendations for chef and grocery services were perfect! The house itself was awesome and fit all 11 of us perfectly with two to a bed and one with their own . Some kings were probably queens but no problem. The pool was so nice and it can be heated! Very safe community too. Ubers relatively found the place well. If I ever go back to Cabo I would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend
