Access to the house is best suited for a 4x4 vehicle or an ATV, especially during the rainy season.
Additional Information
The kitchen is open-air. During the rainy season, it is recommended to use the yellow lights instead of the white ones, as white lights tend to attract insects.
Please do not leave food outside the refrigerator to avoid attracting ants or nocturnal animals such as raccoons, as the house is located in the middle of the jungle.

It was outstanding house in a convenient location if you have an ATV. Beautiful views, roomy bedrooms, relaxing pool, and a generally awesome home base for a Santa Teresa vacation. Would highly recommend!

Do not miss out on booking this place. Unless you don't like great views and a perfect line of sight to watch the sunset over the horizon over the beach then don't. Gracious and responsive host, close to the action yet quiet and very peaceful. Will be back again if it's available when we return to Santa Teresa. Note: It is a 3-5 min drive up a hill that can be tricky at spots, especially if it rains, so although a 4x4 is not needed, it is recommended during rainy season. We managed fine on a standard SUV with no 4x4 fyi.

¡Una experiencia increíble de principio a fin! El alojamiento es simplemente precioso, con cada detalle cuidado al máximo y una limpieza impecable. Sin embargo, lo mejor fue la hospitalidad de la anfitriona Es una persona maravillosa, súper atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. I almost don’t want to write this review to keep this place a secret. But to be honest, you’ve found yourself a price of paradise. These villas are beautiful and well designed. Someone with good taste created them. The host was extremely responsive and kind, taking care of every need. If you’ve managed to stumble upon this listing, I strongly recommend staying here.

Fanny is in accommodating and warm host. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The views were spectacular and the proximity to nature divine

Beautiful home, great views of the ocean and plenty of towels for the pool. Our host was friendly and gave us recommendations for atv rentals, restaurants and where to see monkeys. Would highly encourage you consider an ATV / 4x4 going up and down the hill to the house from the main road.
