Te encantará este lugar por su espacio al aire libre, el vecindario, las cómodas habitaciones y la amplia cocina. Es ideal para parejas, aventureros solitarios, familias (con niños) y grupos grandes de amigos que buscan escapar de la ciudad.
El Espacio
Siéntete libre de relajarte, tomar una taza del mundialmente famoso café costarricense, descansar y disfrutar tu estadía. Escucha los sonidos del océano y la brisa fresca del bosque tropical.
Esta es una acogedora casa de playa ubicada en un terreno enorme de 2,100 metros cuadrados dentro de la exclusiva y espectacular comunidad privada cerrada Reserva de Golf en Hacienda Pinilla, rodeada de naturaleza con un amplio espacio exterior para diversas actividades como:

- Ciclismo
- Pesca
- Surf
- Skateboarding
- Baloncesto
- Y mucho más
Podrás observar animales de granja en su estado natural, así como la fauna silvestre que rodea la propiedad, incluyendo monos, mapaches, venados, búhos, vacas, águilas, zorros, entre otros.
Esta casa completamente amueblada cuenta con:
- 4 habitaciones grandes y cómodas, totalmente equipadas con lujosas sábanas y almohadas
- 4.5 baños
- Cuarto de lavandería con secadora y lavadora
- Gran área común central con techos dobles de altura espectacular
- Conexión Wi-Fi segura y rápida

La cocina amplia y totalmente equipada incluye:

- Fregadero adicional en la isla para facilitar la preparación de alimentos
Las puertas y ventanas cuentan con vidrio de seguridad aislante de doble panel y PVC reciclado, que ayudan a mantener la temperatura fresca dentro de la casa y a aislar los ruidos exteriores.
La terraza exterior dispone de una parrilla profesional de gas propano de 5 quemadores (gas incluido), perfecta para cocinar mientras tu familia y amigos disfrutan de la piscina con luces LED y una zona poco profunda semi-cerrada apta para niños.
Además, puedes cargar tu auto eléctrico durante tu estadía con nuestro cargador de pared Nivel 2 (220V) incluido, ideal para conductores ecológicos.
Acceso para Huéspedes
Podrás rentar toda la casa y más de 2,100 metros cuadrados de propiedad privada alrededor. Tendrás acceso completo a toda la propiedad y a todas las instalaciones sin restricciones.
Siéntete libre de caminar y descubrir los secretos que esta Hacienda guarda. Observa con atención, ya que podrás ver animales increíbles mientras disfrutas de las vistas espectaculares.
Ten en cuenta que la entrada al complejo está a aproximadamente dos millas de la comunidad cerrada (Reserva de Golf) donde se encuentra la casa.
También puedes disfrutar de las piscinas y restaurantes del Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club frente a la playa por un costo adicional (no incluido en la reserva).
Otros Detalles a Considerar
Debido a la distancia de la casa con respecto a la ciudad y el centro del pueblo, recomendamos comprar todo lo que necesites, como alimentos y bebidas, con anticipación.
Si tienes alguna solicitud especial o duda, no dudes en preguntar; haremos todo lo posible para que tu estadía sea lo más agradable posible.
Recomendamos rentar un auto, ya que no hay transporte público cercano. Podemos ayudarte con eso también. Preferiblemente un SUV con tracción en las cuatro ruedas o delantera para moverte con facilidad por caminos rocosos.
Recuerda que la entrada al complejo está a unas dos millas de la comunidad cerrada (Reserva de Golf) donde está la casa.
También puedes usar taxi o Uber, aunque son difíciles de conseguir; por favor contáctanos antes para orientarte, ya que las direcciones en Costa Rica pueden ser complicadas y el GPS a veces confuso.
No hay de qué preocuparse, contamos con coordenadas GPS, enlace de ubicación en Waze y Google Maps para enviarte a la ubicación exacta de la propiedad.
Actualmente hay construcción en la propiedad vecina en la parte trasera, por lo que puede escucharse algo de ruido en el área exterior, pero dentro de la casa no hay ruido de construcción.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay and would absolutely return! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had, thanks in large part to our amazing host. Communication was outstanding from the moment we booked until we checked out. He helped arrange our surfing lessons and airport transportation, and both were absolutely fantastic. Anytime we had a question, he responded almost immediately. The only small suggestion I have is to include a welcome guide or packet in the home with information such as how to operate the safe, checkout instructions, and other helpful house information. The location was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and a beautiful place to unwind. We especially loved spending our relaxing days at the beach club, which was such a great amenity. We can't say enough good things about our experience. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate—you'll be in great hands. Thank you for making our Costa Rica vacation so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent experience from start to finish. There were 8 adults and one child, and we all agreed that we would love to return. The house is beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. It is fully equipped; you really don't have to bring anything. From pool and bathroom towels to a kitchen with everything you need, you can see the care put into every detail, and we even found more than we expected. Access to the beach club is a big plus and perfectly complements the experience. The location is also excellent: a very quiet, safe and beautiful area, ideal for resting and going for a walk. The pool is perfect for enjoying as a family or with friends. Communication with the hosts was excellent from before the reservation, always responding to our inquiries quickly and kindly. We recommend this property 100%. A true 5-star experience.

A lovely place, located in a quiet and very safe setting. The house is extremely comfortable and has excellent quality kitchenware and appliances, which makes your stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were very helpful at all times, always responding quickly and showing great kindness. Definitely a highly recommended experience.

If you’re hesitating about which house to book, this is it, you’ve just found the one. Sebastian and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire stay. The house is even better than the photos suggest, everything exceeded expectations. The condominium is beautiful, very well maintained, and adds a lot to the overall experience. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an excellent experience in this beach house. From the moment we arrived, everything was ready: the property is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, the spaces are well maintained, and everything works perfectly. It is an ideal place to rest and enjoy as a family or with friends. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-equipped, comfortable beach house in excellent condition.
