La casa ofrece un entorno tranquilo y, al mismo tiempo, se encuentra cerca del centro de Antigua. Está ubicada a solo unas cuadras del centro de la ciudad y cerca de las ruinas de la Iglesia de La Candelaria, lo que permite acceder fácilmente a las atracciones de Antigua mientras disfrutas de la tranquilidad de un vecindario sereno.

Great airbnb! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Spacious, clean and cozy. Walking distance to everything and having drinkable water firom the sink (filtered) is a total game changer. The housekeeper Estefani was really nice and left the place clean and smelling great! Alejandro was an awesome host and always responsive. Having the parking garage and yard+ washer and dryer was amazing. 100% recommend and would stay again!

We stayed at Alejandro’s place for two weeks and were very happy! Having everything on one level was great and we enjoyed the two outdoor, very private, spaces. We really appreciated the split units in the bedrooms with AC and heat (it was chilly one night!) Wish there was one also in the living/kitchen area, but with fans it wasn’t bad. Alejandro was always prompt and helpful with his communication, and we knew if we needed anything he was on it.

Great spot outside of the loud central areas. Host was professional and he even fixed a minor issue when it was unnecessary to make the house call, making sure we were well supported in our stay. fresh tortillas next door.

Alejandro’s place is thoroughly thought out with everything you could need to live - including an under sink filtration, which means you have drinkable water on tap - which is amazing! Plus, the space is huge and has plenty of room for your whole group to spread out. Alejandro is a responsive host and responded quickly when we needed something. It is an old house, which comes with quaint character as well as a few other traits like debris blowing through the ceilings, cold mornings, and a damp/dusty smell. Being closer to town, road noise does exist, and some nights the neighbor’s dog would keep me up. None of these are deal breakers but something to be aware of to best decide if this place is right for you.

Good value for the money. Lots of space. walking distance to the center of the city but less noisy that being in the center. Has a nice comfortable, homey feeling. Well stocked kitchen. Showers have electric shower head.
