Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, the villa is just a 2-minute drive from the white sand beach, restaurants, and boutique shops. It is fully equipped to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Seataya Villa offers three master bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and stunning ocean views. The common area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish living room.

Outside, you will find a spacious area with a dining table, a private infinity pool with tanning beds, and comfortable seating areas.

Your stay includes free parking, daily concierge service, daily cleaning, and laundry service.

If your group exceeds six guests, we can provide an extra mattress for an additional charge of $50 per person per night. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

The villa is centrally situated in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, just a short 2-minute drive from the beach, local restaurants, and boutique shops. A newly constructed road means there is no need for a 4x4 vehicle to access the property.

We offer a fresh pastry add-on for breakfast at $8 per person. Pastries are baked daily and include a variety of sweet and savory options such as croissants, burekas, and rolls, depending on availability. Please place your order by the evening before your desired day.
