We were fortunate enough to find this gorgeous home at the last minute at the tail end of our trip. Kent was gracious enough to fit us in. It’s everything as described, even better in person. This home is a vacation in itself nestled into the jungle , overlooking the ocean. Beautifully designed, super spacious and clean. In the very short time we had , it gave us the opportunity to explore Manuel Antonio (Espadilla Beach should not be missed) , yet still experience the calm of just being in nature while sitting at the pool or balconies. We only wish we had more time here!! Thanking you so much!

Here's the short of the highlights here: VIEW, space, location, access to a lot of activities, great pool, quiet/ you dont hear other guests in the building, beautiful landscaping, bird and animal watching. We've stayed at this property a couple of times. The views are unparalleled: sweeping views of mountain rainforests and the ocean. The unit is accurate to pictures and description. There are some items that could use some light refreshing. The location is tough to get to- its a steep, unpaved road. You need a car to get to this unit and really you need a car all together to stay here. But its worth the drive and you get used to the driveway. We had some slight issues with timing with housekeeping... but Ken was able to handle that quickly. The kind folks who maintain the property are great.

We had an amazing time at Kent's place. The house was beautiful and in a great location so close to everything. We loved the wildlife and got visited by several ignuana's, coati's, a couple mischevious racoons and beautiful but loud macaws. Oh and a little frog hanging out on the balcony during a rain storm. These were some of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at an Air BnB. The housekeeper was great and always available. I'd definitely stay here again.

Kent’s place is as peaceful and private as it looks. The property is perched atop one of the hills of Manuel Antonio, with easy access to the central strip of shops and eateries, and a straight shot down to Quepos. Highly recommend.

The Jaguar penthouse was absolutely beautiful and it was spotless when we checked in. The drive up is very steep and some of it is gravel with potholes. But being high up in the jungle made it absolutely worth it. The scarlet macaws came every single day we were there! We also had a couple of regular toucan visitors regularly. And the cherry on top was a troop of about 30 squirrel monkeys came passing through the trees on our first day there. If you’re a bird nerd like I am, the variety of different birds was incredible! I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Kent for sharing your space. Pura Vida!

Our family had the most amazing time here for 4 nights. Amazing views, away from the busy road down below, amazing sunsets. Huge Airbnb, clean, well equipped kitchen. Our highlight were all the various birds that came to visit us on the decks (parrots, toucans, etc). The large shared pool was great as we had it to ourselves most of the time, got lots of sun most of the day. The shared laundry machines worked great and made travel simple. We only ate out twice during our 4 days here as the kitchen allowed us to make some great meals inside, even used the BBQ one night. The drive up is a little steep in a couple places but no concern, especially after tacking some roads in the Monteverde area beforehand. Just take it slow. I wish I knew about this building (they have 2 studio apartments for couples) when I was in the area 3 years ago with my wife vs overpaying for a basic hotel room on the loud busy street down below. If you have a rental vehicle, this Airbnb is for you!

Kent’s place is quite magical, nestled on the hilltops with sweeping views and abundant wildlife. Stunning experience to be having breakfast or dinner on the patio or beautiful pool and suddenly have scarlet macaws or toucans or monkeys nearby. Has all the amenities you could need and was secluded, safe, and special.

Kent's place is beautiful. The three different decks overlook a valley and during our 8 day stay, we saw so many birds. Two pairs of Scarlett Macaw's were frequent visitors to our balcony. We also had Toucan's visit us and we saw monkey's too! The place is immaculate; very spacious and well laid out. For anyone considering staying at Kent's, the drive up the hill is windy and steep. Just make sure you rent a vehicle (highly recommend All Wheel Drive) and are comfortable driving up such a steep road. The benefit of the steep hill is you have access to such beautiful views and nature. It is only a 10 minute drive to Manuel Antonio or Quepos so you have easy access to the beach, National Park, restaurants etc. Kitchen is very well equipped and the pool is quite nice too. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return the next time we visit the Manuel Antonio area.

Kent’s place is fantastic! You can see monkeys, toucans , macaws and many other birds on the balcony almost every morning. Beautiful spacious clean apartment in a great location . Pool is clean and refreshing .Vanessa is very helpful. The road up to the house is quite steep but you get used to it. Would highly recommend
