The house is super comfortable and there is a lot to do. It's ideal for spending a few days with friends or taking the whole family. The view is spectacular and the surroundings are very enjoyable: very nice gardens, tranquility, and you can even hear the river. It has everything for entertainment: pools, courts, a trampoline, a pool table, ping pong, board games, and several areas for sharing. It's really a place where you can stay all day enjoying yourself without having to go out. In addition, Danny is always attentive and available to help. Their recommendations were very good and made the stay even better. Totally recommended!

This 6 bedroom home was perfect for our family group of 11. Although the kitchen was a little rustic, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, as well as all the amenities. The host, Danny, checked in with us throughout our stay. When we had a problem with the air conditioner, someone came immediately to fix it. We all had an amazing week in La Fortuna

Very beautiful home. There was more than plenty room for 9 adults. Felt safe and secure. There is a gate to enter the property. I would definitely recommend this home.

Loved staying at this place!! We did have trouble finding it and it ended up taking us an extra hour to find. Once we found it, it was amazing!

I really wanted to like this villa, but it was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The property has multiple serious issues. Road noise is LOUD with vehicles speed by waking us early. The house is very run down and nothing like the bright/airy listing photos. The kitchen is barely usable: fridge handle broke off, stove faceplate fell off, appliances are worn, and nearly every cabinet is disintegrating. The house has a musty smell. Outside doors are finicky. The driveway is so overgrown it feels like Jurassic Park. Beds are uncomfortable and paper-thin walls/floors mean loft movement wakes the lower bedroom. No notice was given about construction at 6-7am on the community property, and the river view disappeared mid-stay as a result. The swinging chair in the first photo is gone. The handyman never showed for repairs and the host ignored my messages about this as well as questions about the construction. The host is nice so I feel bad about leaving a negative review. Not good.

Great Airbnb, everything clean and well appointed. The restaurant above the Airbnb is highly recommended. Good food at fair prices and nice service.

We had a lovely time at the villa. The decor with a plunging view of the forest is beautiful 😍! We were 2 families, and the space was perfect. We made good use of the facilities. However, the location is a bit far from La Fortuna. If you want to do activities there, you have to expect to drive... Also, the house has few amenities for cooking and for maximizing outings. We had issues with ants, but I imagine that must be common in this area! We enjoyed our stay here and would return without hesitation. Thank you 🙏
