The Space

Villa Stephanie is a brand-new, single-story home designed to accommodate up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. The spacious living area features an open-plan layout filled with natural light, including a fully equipped kitchen and a dining space with a large granite table that seats 10. The comfortable living room offers a large sofa and a flat-screen smart TV.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, and the villa also includes a guest bathroom and a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. High-quality linens, pillows, blankets, bath and beach towels, and powerful air conditioning are provided throughout the house.

The outdoor area boasts a large, sunlit pool accessible directly from most bedrooms and the living room. The pool is deep enough for a refreshing swim and surrounded by numerous sun loungers, a shaded patio, and cozy sofas perfect for relaxing.
