The host, Karina, was fantastic and helpful. We had some tropical storm weather from Hurricane Priscilla and she checked in on us and gave us suggestions to prepare. The place is pretty quiet. No issues sleeping despite being close to night life. AC worked great. Pots and pans, basic spices, oil, vinegar on hand. Bring your own coffee. Mattresses are just starting to show their age a touch, but still very comfortable. US King in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom. Single beds are quite high off the ground if you have littles that roll around... As others have mentioned, master bathroom shower is decent but drains slowly. Second bathroom shower head needs upgrading but drains no problem. 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas on hand for use, as well as beach/pool towels. Hotspots of Medano beach like 2 minutes away, and Chedraui and Walmart for groceries so close as well.

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful time at Karina's. It's surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores for easy walkable access.

location was perfect. very close to the beach and close to supermarket and it's quiet. I thought it was the perfect unit, except for issues below: the unit requires maintenance: 1) mattress on master needs to be replaced as it doesn't provide good support. if you have back problems this will be an issue as it was for me 2) water doesn't drain well from both rooms shower/bath and hair kept coming out from the drain once the bathtub was water was ankle deep. not very nice since my hair is quite short, so it wasn't my hair. I reported issue to host and sent someone to fix, but issue remained good locations for all activities but the owner hasnt maintained it well. I know because I'm a landlord myself.

We will definitely be back! The location is amazing. Very close to everything we wanted to do in Cabo. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful. There is a resort with a rooftop bar right next door, but the condo is so quiet. We were able to sleep very well, while being so close to everything Cabo has to offer. Walmart is quite close by and the condo has a little hand truck, which made it easy to go get bottled water. Karina was very helpful and a wonderful host! We appreciated that she arranged airport transportation for us. We really loved being close to Medano Beach and taking advantage of the provided beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you!
