The lock on one of the bathrooms broke while my son was inside. He was locked in for about an hour and a half. There was no authorized maintenance staff available to help. We contacted the host, Sergio, who was rude, unprofessional and showed no empathy in resolving the issue, thinking only of how not to affect himself or his property. Finally, since we couldn't resolve it, his comment was "Do whatever you want," said in an annoyed tone and without any "apology."

It was a splendid stay, a place with great comfort, very comfortable, with the best view. One of the best places to stay in San Carlos.
