The property is very clean. The setting is very peaceful and absolutely gorgeous. Beds are extremely comfortable. Nice pool area. House has very goid air conditioning.

I am writing this to inform others of this rental - please be cautious of what you are signing up for/paying for. You must drive through one of the worst tico towns I have seen, with people looking at you like you don't belong. When we arrived, we were hit with a strong smell of chemicals, paint, and moth balls. We could not stay here and had to book a hotel at Los Suenos. Finding the house was extremely difficult. We had to drive 30 minutes on a dirt road WITHOUT service to find this place. The rental was not as described, the entire house smelled of chemicals and paint, the interior quality was not as shown in the photos.

The location is great if you know what you’re getting. The beach is totally secluded and the house is at the end of a 10 minute drive down a dusty, gravely road. The house is generally in good shape but we had a number of issues come up. We had a hinge break on a bathroom door because the door didn’t clear the floor. Water pressure in the shower was very bad even though it seemed good elsewhere in the house. Worst of all however was a strong mothball smell that was concentrated in one room but pervaded the house. We’ve washed clothes twice since returning and it still is noticeable from just being in the house. There weren’t enough outside towels to be able to both use and keep patio furniture covered. From a safety perspective. All the doors are keyed from the inside. So if you need to leave the house and want to lock doors with anyone inside, they can’t get out. At the price, I would expect maintenance to be great and I’m very disappointed the moth ball smell had to be known.

This place is amazing we could see and hear the waves crashing from the porch. The pool in the yard was warm and beautiful we loved the waterfall feature and blue lights at night. The hosts were so helpful with getting excursions booked. It was the most relaxed and tranquil place to be than most

Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour beaucoup d’espace dans la maison. Maison cours extérieur tout simplement wow. Nous avons adoré la cuisine extérieur et la piscine. Tout en ayant la vue sur la mer. Nous avons vu un peu trop tard l’option ménage…. On aurait vraiment apprécié. Car il y a un peu de poussière… entre la plage et la maison chemin de gravier. Restaurant Mar y sol wow!!! Aussi à 45 min restaurant le papillon à San Antonio vu couché de soleil incroyable!!! On va sûrement revenir!!! Le paresseux, le raton laveur et les petits crabe qui nous rendaient visite a fait notre bonheur!!!

Highly recommend this beautiful home ! It has a lovely pool and patio, secluded quiet beach great for walking, Shady areas to sit under the palms by the beach, lovely seating by the pool. Great waves to ride too! Nice restaurants nearby along the beach ( mar y sol, cocomar) and recommend the bamboo cafe in Parrita ( best burgers ever!). The host was really responsive and helpful too! It’s a little piece of heaven!!!

This property is an amazing gem! It is super clean, comfortable, well manicured, and quiet. We loved the pool and all the lounging areas from which we could see the ocean. We had several wildlife sightings, including a resident iguana and his friends and a multitude of birds. Only about 30 unobstructed yards from the front gate you will find a most amazing, sparsely populated, long, flat beach. Next door, there is a small restaurant and down the road a very welcoming soda - Mar y Sol where we had several yummy meals. Also, our host arranged an informative and fruitful guided tour at Manuel Antonio. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it to fellow travelers!

Loved it. This house is stunning - super modern, well appointed, spotlessly clean, and right on the beach. It is next to a small hotel, which made us feel safe and secure. The pool is lovely and the bedrooms are excellent - we stayed in the main bedroom which was very comfortable. There is AC in every part of the house with modern ceiling fans. The tv’s also have the usual streaming services. The beach is quiet and the sunsets are amazing. We also liked being able to walk a short distance to see the river/mangroves. We only cooked for ourselves so cannot comment on local restaurants or delivery. Totally recommend for a special break by the sea.
