Overview

Esta es la Vida ("This is the Life!") is a newly built, five-bedroom luxury villa located directly on the oceanfront. The design features cathedral ceilings and accordion glass doors that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living spaces. A private white sand area in front of the villa is perfect for playing volleyball or cornhole. Guests have access to kayaks and paddleboards, allowing easy paddling out to the nearby reef where you might spot spotted eagle rays or pods of dolphins.

The Space

This spacious home offers over 4,100 square feet of living area on a three-quarter-acre lot, providing ample space and privacy. The white sand beachfront faces Palmetto Bay, with views of waves breaking against the Meso-American Reef, the largest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere, located about 300 yards offshore.

A standout feature is the large infinity-edge pool, measuring 534 square feet, complete with a comfortable tanning shelf. This pool is ideal for cooling off while enjoying magnificent sunsets. The outdoor area includes plenty of seating options such as lounge chairs, a hammock, daybeds, sofas, and a large shaded dining table, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, dining, playing games, or reading.
