Abra las puertas y deje que la brisa del Caribe circule por el espacio luminoso y acogedor. Desde el balcón, disfrute de las vistas de los jardines cuidadosamente mantenidos, las exuberantes plantas tropicales y el cálido mar turquesa.
La terraza de la piscina está a pocos pasos de la playa, donde puede relajarse sobre la suave arena blanca. A diferencia de muchos destinos frente al mar, esta costa se extiende por kilómetros en ambas direcciones, ofreciendo muchas oportunidades para disfrutar del sol y de las vistas de Cozumel en el horizonte.

Información adicional
- La piscina permanecerá cerrada por mantenimiento del 15 de septiembre al 4 de octubre de 2025. El bar de la piscina también permanecerá cerrado durante este período.
- Cierre las puertas siempre que el aire acondicionado esté encendido.
- Apague el aire acondicionado al salir durante el día o la noche. La electricidad es muy costosa en Quintana Roo.
- No se permite fumar dentro del condominio, pero sí en el patio.
- Septiembre y octubre son meses de construcción en Xaman Ha. Los propietarios pueden hacer renovaciones y generar ruido de 9:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m., de lunes a sábado.
- Tenga en cuenta este posible ruido al reservar durante estos meses.
- Pregunte por el transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto.

Hello! I wanted to tell you that the stay in the apartment was 5 stars! I highly recommend it! I went with my family. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, super clean, and they left us water drums, rolls of napkins and toilet paper, as well as laundry soap and other things. Everything was very generous. The appliances are high-capacity, new and top-brand. The mattresses are soooo comfortable! The place has an amazing view. Unfortunately, it was ruined by the excess of sargassum, we could not use the beach or open the window because of the smell. But that goes beyond what the accommodation is. It was a natural phenomenon that covered all of Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Just in Costa Mujeres, it was a little better. We traveled to Cozumel. The beach is uninhabitable, also consumed by sargassum. In Isla Mujeres, it was free and we enjoyed the beach. As for the area, around the corner there was a shopping center that led to 5th Avenue. A luxury to walk around.

Love this place and will be back. Lorena was there to clean the place and change bedding and towels every few days, which is a bonus at an ABB. We are going to miss this perfect view! Kitchen was well stocked, even with lots of coffee and filters! Beach towels and a boggie board great as we spent alot of time in the ocean. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pool, where you can get a drink if you want. Most important, Bailey and Lorena were immediately available when we had a question, and there is a front desk so you always have assistance if needed. Secure surrounding withe security, we look forward to a third visit next year.

This was an amazing stay. We enjoyed being close to the beach and town- but just the right distance to not have the town noise. Easy to walk to the grocery store and get taxis locally. Bailey’s apt is well stocked and she is very responsive. Will stay there again. Her helper Lenora is very nice and keeps the apt clean.

We had a great stay. Bailey is an amazing host and very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location right on the beach. It’s immaculate, has great wifi, a beautiful patio with an ocean view. The kitchen is well equipped and the available BBQ grill is a great plus. Anything you need is a short walk away (restaurants, groceries, etc). I highly recommend this property.

Accurate listing, decent location by 5th avenue. Beach in front of Condos in June is meh. Very very quick responses - good experience for family. We stayed for 6 nights, it was cleaned twice which helped a lot. Free coffee and filtered water!

Great stay! I spent many hours looking for a place that fit my needs (peaceful, waterfront w a balcony, walkable. Close enough to downtown but far enough away to be quiet) and this really was PERFECT! This was my 3rd stay in Playa and 1st stay in Playacar. I will definitely come back!
