  • 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and air conditioning
  • 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, also air-conditioned

Guests can use bicycles, cars, or public transportation. Renting a car is recommended, with free street parking available. The villas are approximately a 20-minute drive from Tulum’s beautiful beach, where you can enjoy beach clubs and public access.

Nearby Facilities

Guests have access to amenities at Hotel Bardo and Hotel Una Vida, including pools, restaurants, bars, yoga classes, and spa services. A minimum food and drink consumption of 800 pesos at Bardo and 600 pesos at Una Vida is required. Both hotels are within a 6-minute walking distance.

Important Notes

Power outages can occasionally occur in Tulum. While we strive to maintain comfort during these times, please be aware that water service may also be affected. Typically, power and water are restored within a few hours.

Please use towels responsibly, as they are not changed daily. Guests will be charged for stained, damaged, or lost towels.

Insects are a natural part of the jungle environment. The villas are fumigated twice a month, but occasional sightings inside the property are normal and do not indicate uncleanliness. Please avoid harming insects and keep food covered to prevent attracting them.
