Super spacious apartment, very clean and functional. The balcony is perfect for an evening beer or afternoon tea or coffee, to just relax but still feel part of the life in Casco Viejo, as it offers an amazing view over the park. The three ACs let you adjust the temperature in no time, even on hot days. Nice restaurants, bars or even some clubs are just a few minutes walking distance. Eventhough the apartment is located in a busy area, the bedroom faces the back side of the house, which made it quiet enough for me to sleep without any problems. I would totally book it again for my next trip.

Across the street from a plaza. Could watch people walking their children to school each morning and then walk them home in the afternoon. Lots of music at night - sometimes very loud and sometimes very late. Very nice Italian restaurant just below us. Other nice places to eat around the corner. Grocery store a little over a block away. We walked all over the area including the Independence Plaza, Canal Museum, French Panama Monument, Plaza Herrera, and Cinta Costera 3. We never felt threatened or had any problems. The map app on our phone always knew our location and showed businesses, hotels and shops around us. Uber rides were easy to come by when we wanted to go to Amador Causeway and chill at one of the many restaurants or visit the BioMuseo. Our apartment was near almost everything. Everyone on the streets was friendly.

Beautiful place! Looks exactly like the pictures. The best part of this place is “Maria”, she is in charge of the place and I can’t tell you enough how helpful and generous of her time she was; my phone was stolen at the previos country I was and Maria let me borrowed a cell phone, so I could communicate with my family and use it for any emergency. The police station is right next to the apartment, so it’s very safe to walk around. Thanks Maria for everything you did for me, I will always remember you and for sure I want to come back here.

Lovely apartment in a great location overlooking Plaza Santa Ana. Also, it was sparkling clean. We would definitely return.

We had a very poor experience here. Our priority going in was the Wi-Fi, as we needed to work while traveling. We inquired about this ahead of time, and Andrew assured us we'd have "no issue" with the connection. Sure enough, the Wi-Fi connection was prohibitively slow—at times, nonexistent. We tried contacting Andrew to see if he could help troubleshoot; no response throughout the first night. We had no choice but to book a hotel with functioning Wi-Fi. Andrew tried to pin the problem on our laptop (the laptop was not the issue, given that all worked perfectly from the hotel). He declined to refund us, despite the fact that we literally did not stay at his place that first night. He continued to respond only intermittently throughout our trip. Further, we quite literally drove through a shootout two blocks before pulling up to Andrew's place. Our taxi had to back down an alleyway to escape the gunfire. We were scared awake by gunshots multiple nights thereafter. The place was clean.

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfect introduction to Panamá for my partner, who had never been. Great restaurant below the apartment and all kinds of restaurants, clubs and interesting things to do all within walking distance. Easy check in process and Andrew was very responsive to all.of my questions. Would highly recommend.
