Marcelino was always helpful; the house is very well equipped, quite comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great time.

To wake up to that view every morning slayed my traveling companions. To be so close to the beach was amazing. My host was also super responsive. I had asked about whether there were yoga mats and before u knew it they went out and bought a couple for us. We stayed for a month and for the last week we kept on talking about when we could re-book!

The house was very well appointed, clean, and exactly as described on the listing; however it is important for all guests to confirm which events are occurring at the time of your visit. This property is located in the downtown area of Bucerias . Unfortuneatly for us, the Festival of the Fishermen was taking place which included an amusement park directly across the street from this home. As a result, there was very loud music and a DJ yelling into a microphone until midnight. When we notified our host (Laura) she responded immediately and helped us secure temporary lodgings elsewhere for the remainder of the festival. It was very convenient to access the beach and ocean directly from the house and we appreciated the small fenced in area for our children to play in. The pool is small but large enough for a couple of adults and children to swim in. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room area is perfect for a larger group looking to share the space.

Wow! We picked the home last summer when we were planning a friends bday trip. We knew the general area but we were so impressed when we arrived! Beachfront home in Bucerias. What more can we say?! Gorgeous layout. Very secure- including our own security guard in the evening. The bedrooms were spacious. The location could not be better. We went to Tiny Coffee every morning and discovered all the local restaurants that were only minutes away. We were a large group of friends but it would be perfect for families as well. The beach is amazing and the sound of the waves crashing at night was magical. Thank you so much!

Our group of 12, including young children and a baby, stayed at this property for an extended family vacation. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a serious security incident: a nighttime break-in occurred while we were sleeping. While incidents can happen anywhere, we were surprised by the lack of clear and consistent safety communication, particularly given that security was clearly a known concern at the property (evidenced by cameras and intermittent perimeter security). At check-in, only one member of our group received a brief verbal overview of safety procedures and alarms. There was no follow-up for the rest of the guests, no house manual, and no written instructions to ensure everyone understood the security measures in place. Future guests—especially families or larger groups—may want to ask detailed questions in advance about security procedures, alarm systems, and how safety information will be communicated to all guests.

This Airbnb was so close to the ocean. The home was beautiful, clean, and I felt safe. The home is close to many restaurants and bars. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

An amazing place to stay and the photos do not do it justice. It is so so so beautiful with the view. Just a short walk away from dozens of great food places, really a wonderful place to stay

Excellent option for a beach vacation, very practical to have the beach attached to the house as it is very comfortable for the whole family, a very quiet area ideal for rest, you can find all the amenities very close, in general very good option for a great vacation
