Very good, near the entrance to the Marino Ballena Park, Uvita sector, excellent pool to cool off, very good barbecue area, air conditioning in each room and in the common area.

Great house for family and in walking distance to the park. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the tools to cook a meal. We the grandparents, the grandchildren and their parents enjoyed the pool whenever we came back from a great adventure. The Mexican restaurant El Cardon nearby had great food. Jose was a great host and helped us settle in the beginning. We can only recommend this house.

4 Bedroom place good for families and groups. There’s 2 doubles in the master bedroom with a bathroom. There’s a double and a single in each of the other 3 bedrooms. The first floor bedroom has a private bath, and there’s shared bath on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the first floor. So 4BR, 3.5BA plus a futon in the upstairs living room. I think the value was awesome and Jose as a host was super nice and came by twice to help us with things.

Ideal location for visiting Uvita Beach. Washer-dryer available for guests. Comfortable lounge chairs for the pool and boogie board for the beach. Beautiful pool Kitchen a little small for a large group

Jose was very friendly, accommodating, & flexible. The space was very comfortable & close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here & hope to be back another time.
