Las Cascadas está ubicada en el prestigioso fraccionamiento cerrado El Pedregal, con seguridad las 24 horas. Es el condominio más bonito del edificio, con un jacuzzi privado en una gruta, área de BBQ, hermosa cocina completamente equipada, enorme televisor de 85 pulgadas y camas tamaño king.

Está a solo minutos de los principales puntos de interés del centro y de la Marina. Desde la terraza y la suite principal se disfrutan amplias vistas al océano, montañas y ciudad.
El espacio
Al llegar, serás recibido por una entrada privada que conduce a la Gruta de Granito donde te espera un spa privado. El agua azul brillante del Mar de Cortés se complementa con una decoración neutra. La unidad está diseñada para honrar a los artesanos mexicanos locales y satisfacer incluso al viajero más exigente.
El concepto abierto facilita la convivencia y el entretenimiento. La cocina es amplia y cuenta con una península de granito con espacio para 6 personas. Todos los electrodomésticos son de acero inoxidable e incluyen un trío pequeño de cafetera, tostadora y licuadora. Hay todo lo necesario para preparar comidas en casa si así lo deseas (los víveres no están incluidos a menos que se arregle antes de la llegada).
El área de comedor ofrece un espacio hermoso para comer o recibir hasta 6 invitados, invitándote a apreciar los cálidos tonos de la mesa de madera Parota y las cómodas sillas.
La sala está decorada para rendir homenaje a los hermosos colores del desierto, las montañas y el increíble Mar de Cortés. Desde el sofá hecho a medida y dos sillones ocasionales, las vistas son hipnotizantes. El espacio se complementa con una mesa de centro de mármol hecha a mano en México y un televisor curvo de 55 pulgadas para una experiencia visual óptima.
Suites principales
Las dos suites principales con baños privados cuentan con camas king con ropa de cama de lujo y televisores inteligentes con todos los canales estadounidenses. Despierta con los increíbles amaneceres de Cabo desde la habitación principal que ofrece vistas impresionantes al Mar de Cortés.
La segunda suite tiene acceso privado directo a la gruta donde hay un encantador jacuzzi privado. Cada habitación tiene amplios closets empotrados para que te sientas como en casa, porque sabemos que siempre llevamos más equipaje del necesario.
Hay ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado en todo el condominio. Seguridad con protección contra huracanes tipo "lock n leave". Espacio de trabajo privado apto para laptop con internet rápido y confiable.
Se permiten mascotas con aprobación previa y depósito para mascotas. El servicio de limpieza se ofrece a mitad de semana para estancias de 5 días o más.
Terraza
La terraza tiene amplio espacio para relajarte y desconectarte. Disfruta de los sillones reclinables con cojines, el loveseat o las tumbonas para una taza de café por la mañana o una copa de vino por la noche.
Las luces centelleantes del centro son cautivadoras, como diamantes danzando en todas direcciones. Desde tu terraza privada puedes observar los cruceros nocturnos que zarpar o los barcos piratas que ofrecen tours. Es un espectáculo cuando los cruceros atracan durante la noche, ya que se ven absolutamente hermosos iluminados.
Actividades y servicios
Este alojamiento es tan espectacular que puede que no quieras salir, pero recuerda que Los Cabos ofrece muchas actividades como deportes acuáticos, pesca deportiva, tours en ATV por el desierto, senderismo, tenis, snorkel y es conocido como la MECA DEL GOLF en México.

We had a wonderful stay in Cabo! Julie and the other hosts were fantastic to work with and very communicative throughout our entire stay. The condo had everything we needed, and the location was great. We felt very safe - the community has a security checkpoint when you drive in, as well as an onsite security guard. The views were absolutely beautiful, the pool was great, and everyone we met (both locals and other guests) were incredibly friendly. One thing to keep in mind: while downtown is nearby, I’m not sure I’d recommend walking, especially in the heat. However, Uber was super easy and affordable - our rides downtown were around $7, so getting around was never an issue. We also loved our driver, Gustavo, who made our transportation to and from the airport incredibly easy and stress-free. Overall, we had an amazing trip and stay. Beautiful views, great amenities, a safe environment, and wonderful hosts. 10/10!

Excellent place, very quiet. My fiancée and I had an incredible time. The place is great, a private area in the mountains facing the marina, with super nice facilities and good maintenance. I would definitely stay there again, and the best thing of all is that it's still a super central place so you can get anywhere quickly. Thank you very much, Julie.

Julie was a fantastic host. For example, when we arrived, there was no ice in the refrigerator. She promptly had someone bring us a bag of ice within 15 mins. I would stay here again

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was immaculate and incredibly spacious—everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location was prestigious, just 5 minutes from downtown Cabo Marina. The view was spectacular, and the private beach access was a dream. The pool, gym, and all the shared amenities were amazing, but having a private hot tub at the residence was truly top-notch—it was something else entirely. Every amenity you could ask for was available. The gated community felt extremely safe, with top-notch security. The host was very helpful and informative—they had everything I needed, helped me with anything I asked, and offered great suggestions for activities. I will absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. It’s one of my favorite stays in Cabo yet!

My husband and I LOVED our stay here!!!! It’s such a special place. Super comfortable, jacuzzi was so relaxing and the bbq was so great to have!! The view absolutely 💯 gorgeous!!! We also loved using the amenities in the building.
