The Space

This bright apartment spans 90 square meters on a single floor and includes two bedrooms. It features a private terrace overlooking the internal garden. The unit is fully equipped for a comfortable vacation stay, with access to a shared pool and solarium in the garden.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, although there are some steps to reach it.

Apartment Details (Room 5)

The condominium consists of seven apartments available for tourist rentals. Apartment 5 offers:

• Living and dining area with a table for four and seating made of Guanacaste wood armchairs
• 42" Smart TV, air conditioning, and blackout curtains in the living area
• Terraced balcony overlooking the solarium, furnished with tables, benches, and Guanacaste wooden armchairs; open space with a ceiling fan
• Fully equipped kitchen including:
  • Four-burner stove and oven
  • Rice cooker
  • Coffee maker
  • Blender
  • Microwave
  • Cooking utensils and complete dishware
• Full bathroom accessible from the living room, stocked with personal hygiene products

Bedrooms

• Master bedroom (3 x 4 meters) with queen-size bed, nightstands, closet, 32" Smart TV, air conditioning, and an en suite full bathroom with personal hygiene products and white linens
• Second bedroom (3 x 3 meters) with two twin beds, closet, 32" Smart TV, air conditioning, and white linens

Additional amenities include bath towels for four guests, a luggage storage room, and an individual clothesline.

Guest Access

Guests share common areas such as the pool and parking with other visitors.

Location

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach. On the way, there is a shopping center for convenience. The property is situated in a developing area, so some construction noise may occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., but the surroundings remain peaceful.

Additional Information

• Although the apartment is on the ground floor, access requires climbing some steps.
• Water shortages and power outages are occasional in Tamarindo. While the building lacks an electric generator, water reserves are available and should be used responsibly.
• Insects are a natural part of the local ecosystem and are not a sign of uncleanliness. Guests are encouraged to treat them respectfully and avoid killing them. Food left exposed may attract insects due to the jungle environment.

Cleaning and Services

• A cleaning fee covers the end-of-stay cleaning.
• Additional cleaning during your stay is available at an extra cost and subject to availability; please request in advance.
• For stays of seven days or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is provided.
• For reservations longer than four days, complimentary laundry and drying services for your clothes are offered. Requests can be made through the cleaning staff or direct message.
• Towels are changed free of charge every three days. More frequent changes can be arranged for a small additional fee.
