Had a great stay with my family at this beautiful villa in Malpais. Nice to stay out of the bustle and dirt of Santa Teresa but still have access in a short 10 minute drive. Rooftop pool was awesome, my kid loved it. All the amenities and laundry machines were great. Only downside is road noise with house being right on the road and that the walkable beach is rocky and not swimmable, albeit beautiful. Overall great stay, would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for my birthday trip back home in Costa Rica with my girlfriends, and we absolutely loved it. The place was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for spending quality time together. Everything was just as described, and it truly made our trip feel special. I would 100% stay here again.

Superbe séjour dans un logement non seulement très beau, mais avec des prestations de qualité et intelligemment conçu. C’est une maison de ville, mais entourée de tellement de végétation qu’on se sent dans un petit écrin de verdure et le Rooftop avec la piscine sur le toit est incroyable. Les hôtes sont d’une grande réactivité avec des messages d’attention constants. Les literies sont d’une grande qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée. Toute la maison est très bien décorée. C’est très cosy chaleureux. On se sent comme chez soi. Malpais est à 10 minutes en voiture de la très belle plage, El Carmen, rendez-vous entre autres des surfeurs et à 5 minutes à pied de la maison, il y a une jolie petite plage avec des rochers, un peu de sable où on se sent un peu comme sur une plage privée. Juste en face de la maison, il y a la pizzeria, ambiance très conviviale et restauration de qualité. Un grand merci pour votre superbe logement, toute la famille a adoré!

The house is obviously spectacular, what sets it apart is the care the hosts have for those staying in the space. They were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Even bringing us cut fruit for breakfast a few times. We felt very much at home and the location and property made our vacation an unforgettable experience. I can see now why this airbnb is usually fully booked. If you are eyeing, I recommend booking rapidly!!!
