The Space
Casa Blanca is a spacious 8-bedroom, 10-bathroom villa offering over 7,000 square feet of indoor living area. Located in the exclusive Reserva de Golf neighborhood of Hacienda Pinilla, this multi-family home is ideal for up to 20 guests. The villa features elegant decor, high-end finishes, and a layout designed for comfortable gatherings.
On the first floor, you will find an open kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, three large bedrooms, and a dedicated office space, all opening onto a refreshing private pool. The second floor includes a living room with ample seating, a long dining table, and three additional bedrooms, including two master suites. Modern amenities such as air conditioning, cable TV, and high-speed internet are available throughout the property.
Outside, relax on the wrap-around balcony or entertain in the separate guest house, which has two bedrooms. The pool area is equipped with a BBQ zone featuring a TV, seating area, and a pizza oven for outdoor cooking and leisure.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire villa, including all eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, pool, terrace, BBQ area, and garden. The villa’s washer and dryer are available for guest use.
Access to Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is available for $10 per day per person aged 12 and above. This fee is credited toward purchases at the bar and restaurant.
Additional services such as private chef hire, special dinners, transportation, and activity planning can be arranged upon request.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental price but can be arranged for an additional $50 plus VAT per day. For stays of five nights or longer, one complimentary cleaning is provided for every five nights (e.g., one cleaning for a 5-night stay, two cleanings for a 14-night stay).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Natalia was an amazing host! We needed a place for our group of 16 at the last minute and late at night, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. The communication was excellent, the check-in process was smooth, and she made a stressful situation so much easier. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day. Even though we only stayed one night, we truly appreciated her hospitality, flexibility, and quick response. We wouldn't hesitate to stay with Natalia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful host. Thank you again for taking such great care of our group!

La casa es muy amplia, vecindario muy tranquilo, y Natalia siempre estuvo atenta y dispuesta a colaborar. El lugar es perfecto para familias numerosas, solo un par de problemas con el Wifi.

We had a wonderful stay at Natalia’s beautiful home. She and her concierge Dani were super communicative and responsive. Dani helped us book various activities and made it very easy. We wanted to be able to relax and be taken care of and access to the beach club daily made this happen with drinks and food! The beach at the beach club was beautiful and uncrowded - feeling very private. You can rent boogie boards and surf boards right there. The kitchen has everything you need. Outdoor space was beautiful. And bedrooms/baths were lovely. Plenty of room for our group. Thanks Natalia and Dani!!

Great home in great location. Lots to do in area. You really need a car or golf cart here as so much to do and see but walking to them not really an option. Communication with current host natalia not great for example 1. How to get into property past gaurds at gates. you need a very specific access code etc which was unlcear to us on arrival so had an hour delay at gate. Once we got instructions all good for future passes. 2. One of the showers did not work (We did not report to Natalia as there were other options). However one day a bunch of plumbers etc came in announced to work on shower with their own access key. Not great from a privacy and security perspective. Overall house great just typical airbnb small stuff fixes not done. Sad for a house of such quality.

The property itself is beautiful, with multiple gorgeous rooms, a lovely exterior and an exquisite dining table. Would definitely recommend for larger groups!!!

My family and I stayed at Natalia’s home it is very beautiful and spacious a plus was that each room had their own bathroom which allowed for privacy. Although the house was beautiful I was very disappointed by Natalia’s communication. On the first day the address given to us was not to the exact home. Upon arrival the sheets were stained with brown yellow and red stains. My family had requested to have cleaning services which we would pay for however the cleaning team tried leaving on the first day and didn’t come back. Communicating with Natalia about this was difficult she stopped responding altogether. The AC and fan in the master room did not work and Costa Rica is clearly very humid and hot we asked for an electrician to come and he was unable to solve the problem. The showers would flood in certain rooms and the hot water would not come on. Overall the house is beautiful and in a safe location with a lot of security but communication with Natalia was poor.
