The studio accommodates up to four guests and includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two televisions, a kitchen, laundry facilities, and free parking within the condominium. Shared amenities feature a swimming pool and green spaces.
The studio contains one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. The kitchen area is fully stocked with an induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. A laundry center is available inside the apartment for your convenience.
Security is a priority with 24-hour surveillance and free parking inside the condominium.
Location
The studio is situated just 800 meters from downtown Jacó. Beautiful beaches like Playa Hermosa are a 15-minute drive away. Enjoy walking, cycling, surfing, and experiencing the local lifestyle.
Rules
- The property is located in a residential neighborhood; therefore, noise that could disturb neighbors is prohibited after 10:00 PM.
- Guests must provide full names and a copy of their identification in advance.
- Visitors are not permitted during your stay. Any additional guests must be authorized by providing their full name and ID at least 48 hours before arrival for approval by the owner and front desk access authorization. Failure to comply may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
- Pool area rules:
- No eating or drinking inside the pool.
- Inflatables are not allowed in the pool.
- Pool hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Please turn off all lights and electrical appliances (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, TV, etc.) when leaving the apartment.
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM. Flexible times may be arranged if no other guests are scheduled.
Additional Information
- Linen and towel changes are not provided daily. It is recommended to hang towels after use to keep them dry and clean.
- For stays longer than seven days, weekly cleaning service is available with prior arrangement.
- The studio has been prepared for your comfort. Please treat it with care as if it were your own home and enjoy your stay along with the many attractions nearby.

we loved this condo, newly decorated, fresh, clean, well equipped kitchen, nice linens. Nice to have the washer and dryer. Beautiful pool, chairs for pool. can walk to town and the beach, find the dirt road. Taxi is between 3 and 5 dollars one way. Great fresh market Thurs and Friday, check times, too far to walk. Distance to town is over a mile.

The place on the outside was old, the location was way too far from the beach and town. The pool was slimy. The noise was terrible. Every night people were outside talking. I left after 24 days short of my end of stay, I couldn’t take it anymore. No way to stay here if you don’t have a car. Plus geicos kept getting in through the AC. No way 4 people could sleep there. Couch for kids only, double bed, not a queen as advertised.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's I've ever been to. It made me smile as soon as I walked in. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped for a comfortable joyful stay. Host was responsive and friendly. The pool in the complex is great too. I cannot wait to return!

This Airbnb is fantastic! Maria is a great host. I love this place because it’s on the north side of the city, the quiet side of the city. But jaco isn’t a big city so your still close to everything. The main strip is walking distance from this Airbnb. Also, it’s a short walk to the beach. I walked most mornings with my coffee to the beach. the apartment is brand new! Best apartment in the gated community 100%. The security is very nice. It’s a safe gated community. The security are very friendly and helpful. There is a big super store called Maxi Pali just a short walk away. I would go there for groceries and everything else you need. Amenities in the Airbnb are all brand new, and work very well! the Airbnb is decorated very nicely! It’s very comfortable to stay for short term or long term. I stayed for 2 months and very much enjoyed it! If you’re going to stay in Jaco and don’t want to be right in the middle of the downtown night life, this is perfect !

We really enjoyed it, the host is a nice person, the condominium has a good location, it is away from the noise of the center but close to everything. We will certainly return!

Maria Laura is an excellent host, I mostly reached out to her co-host and she is extremely kind. The place is very nice and quiet, the apartment is the same as what is shown in the photos, in addition, it is very clean and has all what is needed. An important aspect is that in the Condominium itself there is the person who collaborates with them, so if anything is required, it is easily within reach. Also, hosts always respond quickly. I would definitely come back.
