Welcome to Sunrise 27, a newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo featuring 1,400 square feet of comfortable living space. It is ideally situated within walking distance of Tamarindo Beach, restaurants, shopping, and more, making a car unnecessary for getting around. Despite being centrally located, the condo remains quiet, allowing you to relax and forget you’re in the middle of town.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, cable TV, a private bathroom with dual vanities, and a large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single trundle bed, also with a private bathroom and cable TV, accommodating up to six guests comfortably. All linens are provided.
The spacious gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinets, upgraded appliances, and all necessary utensils and cookware. A washer and dryer are also included.
Additional amenities include:
- Free Wi-Fi and cable TV in the living room, terrace, and both bedrooms
- Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room
- Gas barbecue grill on the balcony for private use
- Large resort-style pool with a cascading waterfall and ample space to unwind
- Ocean-view terrace with a Smart TV and a shade to reduce glare, providing a perfect outdoor entertainment area
Guests also receive complimentary essentials such as coffee, salt, pepper, basic spices, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is fully stocked with bonus items including beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.
Daily maid service is available for an additional fee. The condo offers the comfort of a hotel at a more affordable price. Long-term stays up to three months are welcome.
For security purposes, identification of the person who made the reservation is required at check-in.

Honestly, this was one of the best condo stays we have had. The place was well designed, decorated, and functional for our family of four. The owners had thought of everything you might need for your stay in Tamarindo. We loved the frozen beer mugs, water bottles for the beach, and plush beach towels (we went online and bought some to have at home). The bedding was super comfy. I have never felt more at home in an Air BNB. It was really better than the listing conveyed and the views and sunsets did not disappoint. It was perfectly located, too. Easy stroll to everything. I jokingly referred to the owners as if they were old friends throughout our vacation because they had thought of everything to make our stay wonderful.

Great spot for family of 4 adults to spend the week of Christmas. Beach right across the street with easy chair rentals and drink service on the beach, tons of restaurant options, pool was great for relaxing, lots of time spent on the nice patio. Overall a great and easy spot for our first Costa Rica stay. Only issue we had was with our arrival and having a language barrier with the security staff. We were tired, hungry and overwhelmed after a red eye flight and waiting for our check in time and weren't prepared for the security staff speaking no English and we were unclear on what they needed. Luckily our daughter's Spanish lessons from years ago kicked in enough to resolve the issue.

Loved out stay at Sunrise Condos. Great location so close to beach and easy walking to everything else. If you are not leaving Tama you don't need a care, but easy parking if you rent. Condo was spacious, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Communication was quick and very helpful, beyond just the rental. Highly recommend.

Condo is directly across from the beach and all the local restaurants. Very clean and safe. We also really appreciated they had beach chairs and towels available for use. Great stay and would recommend!
