I think Richard's service and his prompt response are very good. He was always friendly and responsive on WhatsApp. Unfortunately, he is not in Mexico to oversee the details, and his manager does not seem to be attentive to ensuring that guests have a 100% pleasant experience.

We had a very comfortable stay, as if we were at home. Everything was clean and there was everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and in general. I thought the price was fair for the type of house. RICHARD was always attentive. He responded quickly and was a very friendly person.

We only stayed for one night, but we had a great experience. The house was very well maintained and exactly as described. The pool was a big hit with the kids and gave them a great place to play and enjoy themselves. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated our entire family. Richard was very attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any requests we had during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
