Villa la Perla

I stayed here with 3 friends for several nights in celebration of a birthday. From booking to check-out every detail was perfect. Upon booking I had multiple points of contact offering various services to make my stay perfect. Checkin was easy and frictionless. The moment we walked in we felt like home. It's beautifully decorated, the beds and linens were so comfortable, and anything you might possibly need to cook is provided. Location was perfect, as it was close to whatever we needed. I highly recommend staying here, and looking forward to coming back.

Place was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay, the house made our trip to have a beautiful comfortable place to come back to every night. The kitchen is stocked if you decide you don’t want to eat out. You’ll love every bit of it.

Convenient located in a safe and secure neighborhood near Fifth Avenue and the beach. Communication was exceptional. Anytime we had a question or minor issue, the host responded immediately, walked us through solutions, and when needed, quickly sent team members to resolve it in person. Their level of service and professionalism is unmatched. They also offer outstanding concierge-style services, including private chefs, massages, housekeeping, excursions, and other local experiences that made our trip even more memorable. One of our favorite touches was their use of technology. They provided custom Google Maps with pinned recommendations for restaurants, beaches, attractions, and other local favorites, making it incredibly easy to explore Playa del Carmen. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book with them again!

We had a wonderful stay for a 9 person bachelorette weekend. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and full of charm. It was the perfect backdrop for a fun and memorable girls' trip, and we would happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa La Perla and a really unforgettable time with a group of 8 girls total for a bachelorette trip. I believe the house would comfortably fit 9. There are so many spaces to enjoy and the pool was very clean. The beds were all comfortable. We also loved cooking in the large kitchen and there was plenty of drinking water available. The neighborhood is safe and well patrolled. We enjoyed a day pass at the Sunset fishermen resort next door. The hosts are accommodating and communicate well. The only small criticism we had was that a few snacks and coffee grounds would have been nice to have upon arrival considering that this place is quite luxurious and expensive. Also, a binder with recommendations and tips would have also been useful. The host does provide some of the information in messages, but it would have also been nice to have some printed information available. Overall we had an exceptional stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Great place to stay when my group had a last minute stay request

This was a beautiful home with lots of lounging areas. We enjoyed the outdoors around the house, the beach and the quick walk to 5th Avenue.

Daniel/Kimberly's Villa AND recommended in-home chef's were the reason we had the best vacation of recent years. The villa is truly stunning. It is a private oasis that is larger than we originally thought from the photos. We had jaws on the floor as we walked in as a group. We had a party of 9 and all we're comfortable! The community surrounding is a gorgeous walkable gated neighborhood, with many close access points to a stunning beachfront. The staff was so quick and responsive with requests! Also the property did provide us with filtered water from a special spout in the kitchen next to the sink!
