Rosie was excellent to work with and was very quick to respond to any of our questions prior to arrival and during our stay. The house was amazing and we immediately felt at home. We particularly enjoyed our mornings sitting outside in the oasis of a courtyard where hummingbirds would visit us (and the beautiful flowers). Location was great! We never needed to drive. SMA is very walkable. We found a matcha/coffee shop and Pilates studio around the corner that we would walk to each morning. Enjoyed a pool day at the Hyatt and walked there. Had a few rooftop dinners out at nearby restaurant. The house was very clean. They offered a cleaning service during our stay but we did not need it. And they provided jugs of water. All of the rooms are upstairs, which was not a problem for us. We loved that all bedrooms had their own private bathroom. The kitchen was awesome and came with everything we needed to cook at home. The towels and showers were also great! We can't wait to visit again!

My stay at the accommodation was very pleasant. My family and I all enjoyed the tranquility, the location and the interior spaces. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you need. The spaces were large and clean. I liked the terrace enough to stay longer and enjoy the house. I would suggest that you take into account that the garage is small and the vehicle we brought could not enter, but we still parked outside the garage without any problems. I can say that the hosts' attention is 100%.

Very nice, clean and very spacious place. Excellent for parking the car and walking around San Miguel, due to its good location. Also ideal for resting, because although it is centrally located, it is in a quiet area.
