The Space

The kitchen is spacious and comes with all necessary appliances. Opposite the kitchen, you'll find a comfortable living area that opens onto one of the condo’s best features—the balcony. The balcony offers a large outdoor dining space, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. All windows have blackout curtains to block morning sunlight. The second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be combined into a king bed and offers ample closet space. The unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This is a beautiful condo and Andrea and her team were very responsive, and made our stay a pleasure. The place is very clean and is in a peaceful part of town, while still having access the most of everything. The only small negative was that the communal hot tub/Jacuzzi was never warm, but when it’s 85° out and sunny, it doesn’t seem like a priority. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, well located unit that is still in a fairly quiet part of town, you won’t be sorry to stay with Andrea.

A very nice and cozy house for families. The best part was that they allow pets, our beloved dogs enjoyed the beaches a lot thanks to this stay that allows pets and we were able to spend a nice mini family vacation.

Andrea's Place is fantastic, extremely well located and easy to go out by walk or car, restaurants and beach less than 5 minutes. Andrea was always very friendly and responsive as well very flexible with us so we really liked that especially while on vacation with the family. The complex of 3 buildings is great as it is all gated and has 2 pools, kids park, BBQs, GYM all inside the complex and free of charge, we will come back soon.

We stayed for a family weekend and it was one of the nicest apartments we've ever stayed in, beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed and much more, the beach club was perfect to enjoy as a family, I will definitely stay here on all my visits.

We had a lovely stay in this clean, comfortable and well-stocked condo in a nice quiet neighborhood outside of busy Tamarindo but walkable to town. Location is very close to several good restaurants and a convenient market which had most of our grocery essentials. The hosts were incredibly responsive to questions (usually within minutes) and also helpful with local suggestions and recommendations. Access to Langosta Beach Club was the best part - beautiful beach-front location and great restaurant about a 10-minute walk away. We came for the free breakfast and stayed all day.
