What a beautiful place to relax, enjoying the amazing ocean and nature views. I definitely want to come back and 100% recommend it. Daniel and Thomas were super clear and kind with all the instructions. Very attentive and helpful.

Daniel’s home was the perfect place for our stay at Rancho Santana. It was comfortable, spacious, and had absolutely stunning views. The home itself is beautiful and had everything we needed. Just a heads up—you’ll definitely need a 4x4 vehicle to access both Rancho Santana and the property, as the roads are quite rough. Some of the furniture could use a bit of updating, but that’s totally understandable for a rental home. Tom, the house manager, was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. His attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Casa Pura Vista was so good to us! The location within Rancho Santana is both unique and convenient. We loved being entirely secluded yet having the amenities of a world class resort. Everything was easy to manage from booking airport transfers to offsite tours. Daniel and his contacts make your stay easy and comfortable. We surfed, saw sea turtle hatchlings, rode horseback, ziplined, and made the best family memories in the infinity pool. The house itself is well appointed with all the comforts of a modern home. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay again.

Daniel’s place was stunning. The location was private yet accessible by car to Rancho Santana’s Club House & beaches. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were comfy with more than enough linens. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. The house was tastefully decorated. Tom, the house manager was very responsive & helpful when dealing with a few minor issues we encountered. The views were spectacular and we would gladly recommend Daniel’s place to others guests.

A highly recommended house with a beautiful view, in a very quiet place with very nice comfortable and cozy rooms, a complete , clean and pleasant kitchen and Tom the person in charge is very helpful and always attentive to any inconvenience ,watching the sunset from the terrace is spectacular.

This house is amazing! The living room with floor to ceiling windows, the open kitchen, and wrap around deck blended together perfectly. Gorgeous place that will have anything you need, and want. You should stay here

Casa Pura Vista is an exceptional home in a exceptional location. The owner of the home, Daniel Miller is equally as exceptional !! Daniel went through great lengths to be sure my 3 month stay here was comfortable and possible. He assisted me with making reliable travel arrangements (Covid 19 has created a lot of airline chaos), he then put me into contact with the house manager here in Nicaragua as well as a driver that would transport me from Managua to Rancho Santana where the home is located. The check in was simple. So what is it that I loved?? Simply put... I loved everything. First and foremost the home is a masterpiece... unique in its architecture and landscaping, the views of the Pacific are spectacular.. The privacy here is unparalleled yet you can drive 5 minutes down the road and enjoy 5 star dining and 3 separate restaurants, and for a 7-10 minute drive you can enjoy the Emerald Coast along the Beautiful Pacific on 5 distinct and separate beaches. I hardly ever saw anyone on the beaches and virtually had them all to myself. The natural Beauty around the home and entire Rancho Santana community is unique. This place is NOT overdeveloped. The home itself has a second story balcony with mesmerizing vies of the Pacific with sunsets that are never the same but ALWAYS beautiful. The house manager "Tom" was always available for everything in a prompt fashion. I must say I hardly asked for anything.. But Tom always came through prompt and efficient. Can I suggest ant improvements??? NO, I cannot. Casa Pura Vista requires no improvements. This is a high end property and is worth every bit of what the cost may be. I spent just over 3 months here and without reservation I give every aspect of Daniels home and his business professionalism as well as his supporting team here in Nicaragua a 10 out of 10 star rating. I am trying to work with Mr. Miller on future yearly visits on a regular basis moving forward. This is a unique stay, a luxurious stay and whatever it may cost.. its 100% worth it!!!
