The Space
This stunning villa is the newest addition to our collection. It includes:
- Four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom
- An additional bathroom located in the living room/den area
- A large outdoor space featuring a private pool
- A fantastic barbecue area with an outdoor bar and seating
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, distributed among the four large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to all building amenities included with the rental. The villa is within walking distance of two popular restaurants and a marina, making it an ideal base for exploring Vista Mar Beach & Golf Resort.
Please note that access to the beach club is restricted to residents or guests with long-term rentals exceeding two months.

Early check-in and late check-out options may be available for an extra fee, depending on the time and subject to availability.
To help you settle in smoothly, we provide a complimentary starter set of toiletries upon arrival, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. These initial supplies are intended to get you started; guests are kindly asked to purchase their own toiletries once these are used up.
We take great care in maintaining this lovely property and prioritize its safety. Although the area is generally very safe, there have been reports of burglaries targeting vacant properties nearby. To help protect your belongings and the villa, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping doors securely closed during your stay and after check-out to prevent any incidents.

La ubicacion de la casa es excelente a minutos del mercado, restaurantes etc., toda la casa estaba limpia tenia todos servicios mencionados, los espacios eran muy agradables, las instrucciones fueron claras, en todo momento fueron amables y de rapida respuesta a las preguntas. Disfrutamos la estancia solo recomendaria mejorar la estufa por lo demas todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones. Es un buen lugar para pasear en familia y de seguro volveremos nuevamente.

This house is amazing and has plenty of space. We did a boys trip and the house was spacious and the pool was awesome. The location is also great with friendly grounds staff. Highly recommend.
