Loved our stay. The entire architecture of the villa is very well thought out, allowing children to have their freedom and parents to have a very nice private space. We particularly liked the villa manager, the security at the entrance, the location, the maintenance service, and the private setting of the residence. We'll definitely be back.

My family loved this place. My kids (11 and 9 years old) loved the pool. There were many restaurants walking distance. The location was safe and quiet. Would definitely come back. The host helped me get a shuttle from the airport right to the house. Would definitely stay again.

This was hands down the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. The extra mile was how well-equipped the place was. Umbrellas, games, water dispenser, bug spray, after-sun lotion, pool floaties – all things you'd hope a 5-star hotel would have (but even then usually doesn't), all fully-stocked here. A/C units in every room, wifi that actually works, outdoor showers with hot water – and on top of it all, a great host with very clear instructions and easy communication. Not joking I was very close to canceling my flight and extending a week. I'll be back.

This private house worked well for our extended family. The lush, green pathway to the front door was beautiful. We liked the open kitchen into the living room and the ability to open up the glass doors to the outside pool area. Very appreciative of the host replacing the a/c unit in the main living room as it was beyond hot and humid during our stay. The new unit was a life saver. We cooked a lot onsite and liked the central island. Sofia and Nicola were responsive and helpful. Loved the big pool and green space in the backyard.

great location in La Veleta, great pool. had to pay if you wanted more then one towel which more towels were needed for a 6 day stay.

Excellent stay! My family and I enjoyed all the amenities and the home itself. Beautiful landscaping and safe space. Pool was excellent and nicely maintained. Beds were comfortable! Highly recommended for families for tulum adventures! Thank you

Pictures really do not do justice to how beautiful this place is. We loved the house. It is very well designed and decorated. The rooms, the beds, the kitchen all were clean, spacious and comfortable. The garden, the pool were amazing. The hosts, Christiane, Sofi and Nicole were very friendly and responsive. Area is very safe and location is perfect as you can walk to restaurants and bike to beach. Strongly recommend.
