Acerca de Montecristo
Montecristo es una comunidad privada exclusiva en Los Cabos, ubicada en una espectacular ladera montañosa con amplias vistas al océano sobre el campo Signature de Jack Nicklaus de Quivira. La comunidad cuenta con hermosos jardines y un mantenimiento impecable, además de ofrecer privacidad, una casa club refinada y un entorno tranquilo frente al Pacífico, en el extremo de la península de Baja California.
El espacio
Montecristo Villas está diseñado para una estancia lujosa y cómoda. Cada villa incluye:
- Piscina infinita privada
- Jacuzzis interiores y exteriores
- Terrazas amplias
- Sala familiar central
- Áreas de lectura
- Vestidores
Todas las villas comparten la misma distribución, amenidades, piscina privada y jacuzzi privado. Las vistas y las ubicaciones pueden variar ligeramente, y no se puede garantizar una villa, vista o ubicación específica. Las villas se administran tanto en la Fase I como en la Fase II.
Información importante sobre la reservación
El precio se basa en el número de huéspedes. Reserve la villa con el número correcto de huéspedes.
- Los huéspedes adicionales agregados antes de la llegada se cobran a la tarifa estándar.
- Actualice la reservación al menos un par de días antes del check-in si cambia el tamaño de su grupo.
- Los huéspedes adicionales que lleguen por encima del número indicado en la reservación deberán pagar una tarifa de $50 USD por persona por noche.
- Si se informa sobre huéspedes adicionales durante o después del check-in, la tarifa aumenta a $100 USD por persona por noche.

Impuesto de Saneamiento Ambiental
El Gobierno de Los Cabos ha implementado un Impuesto de Saneamiento Ambiental para apoyar la infraestructura ambiental y comunitaria local. Las reservaciones realizadas a partir del 8 de septiembre de 2022 están sujetas a este impuesto.

Villa Assignment
La asignación de la villa se confirma únicamente al momento del check-in y no puede confirmarse ni garantizarse con anticipación. Como propiedad de renta vacacional con varias unidades, las villas se asignan de acuerdo con las salidas y llegadas de las reservaciones.
Check-in anticipado
Al llegar, los huéspedes pueden dirigirse directamente a la recepción de la casa club. El check-in anticipado no puede confirmarse con anticipación, independientemente de las circunstancias.
Se garantiza que la villa estará lista a las 4:00 p. m. Si está lista antes el día de llegada, los huéspedes podrán ingresar. Mientras esperan, pueden utilizar las instalaciones de la casa club. El equipo también puede guardar el equipaje y las compras de supermercado hasta que la villa esté lista.

We were the victims of a home robbery during our stay at the Villa. We were in the upstairs portion of the home and they came in from the lower level and stole Phones, Wallets, Bags, Clothes, Sunglasses, etc. we filed a report with security at the resort and they basically did nothing. We contacted the Host and they did nothing to support us or follow up. We paid to extended our stay two days to see if we could retrieve our things by working with security staff but to no avail. We’ve rented in this community many times before and never had an issue during our stays. The Villa is slightly outdated and could use a facelift. That said, it’s in a beautiful location and the host did a good job describing the home. In the end, we left without retrieving our stolen items. Scary part is they came in while we were in the home. It’s was most certainly a staff member….So be warned you cannot leave your sliding doors open in a tropical gated environment even when your home! Scary!

My family of 4, wife, 2 15 yr olds, ventured here on a friend's recommendation. Takes a while to get here from where we live, so when we arrived, tired and at the end of a long day, and saw the place, we decided to add 2 more days. The villas are all very spacious, and the room to move around is large. The views are serene and dramatic of the Sea of Cortez. The shuttle service, vans going up and down the roads to the villas day and night, is prompt and easy to use. The infinity pool, as others have noted, is relaxing and offers dramatic views. The restaurants and vibe at the Market at Quivira is lively, and nice. Good selection of many types of food and treats there. It is crowded, but we never felt overwhelmed or burdened by this. The steak house at the golf course is great food, top notch service. As for the main clubhouse where you check in, there is a nice restaurant there with amenable hosts. This is a worthwhile trip for your family.

What a great villa! Spectacular views for the private infinity pool! This place was incredible and tucked away on a huge piece of property. The bedrooms are very large and plenty of closet space. We used the kitchen ,which had everything you need . Quivira golf course, on site, is one of the top courses in Mexico. Definitely worth playing plus a members discount for staying on the property. Saul was a great host as well. We had a small communication error on his availability but outside of that, he was a pleasure to work with and I'd definitely stay there again!

We always enjoy Quivira and Montecristo. As others have stated the villas could use some refurbishing but are still very clean and worth the price. You can’t beat a private infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Beautiful property and ability to use all the pueblo bonito facilities and pools (loved skypool) was a bonus. Checkin process is a little cumbersome and they called us the day before we were supposed to check out claiming it was our last day (I had to send screenshot proof that it wasnt). Beds were comfortable and enough amenities in kitchen that we could make a few meals. Definitely have to buy everything though (even laundry detergent). House pool was great, but wish there were pool lights. Felt very safe and overall service was excellent. Nice to be 15 minutes from marina... but having a rentalcar was key. Would definitely recommend Montecristo!

Very beautiful villa. Amazing views from the terrace and the pool. Very comfortable inside as well. Service was slightly subpar-only got our place cleaned once during our 4 night stay. Also, the ac started to leak and it took a full day for it to get fixed. Otherwise, transportation and everything was very convenient.

The property is already deteriorated in some areas, we struggle a lot with the heating of the pool and the jacuzzi.
