The location is perfect, a quiet and excellent stay, wonderful views, the pool water is always clean, the entire condominium is also super clean, spacious, rooms with ocean views❤️💫 the kitchen is beautiful 🫶🏻 we hope to be back soon😍🏖️

Our stay was excellent. We stayed for 6 days. There were 11 adults and 3 girls, and we were perfectly accommodated. The accommodation is spacious, with incredible views, with a double living room and large TVs in both living rooms and in all the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its main queen-size bed with a single mattress underneath. They are all very comfortable and, honestly, it is even better than what the photos show. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a wide variety of utensils that made our stay much more practical. In addition, Manny responded very quickly to all our concerns and requests, always with great kindness. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and welcoming. First time staying in las conchas and my family loved it. Little bit of a drive into town but well worth it.

We love Tessoro and Manny is a great host. The flexible check in was icing on the cake and allowed my family and I to enjoy more beach time. The condo had everything we needed and more. Will definitely be coming back.

Thew views from the condo are amazing. Other than that there's nothing to do. This was my second time staying in the exact condo. And to be honest, it might be the last time. This trip was for my mother 65 birthday. The first day we got there we were asking questions to the host in which he was relaying all of our questions to the owner. We had asked if it was possible for us to pay out of pocket for having live music outside by pool area and tables for us to use for food ect. They told us yes of course! The following day came (Saturday) and they shut us down way before we even got started. Like wtf? That's why we had asked all of our questions the day before because the condo is so far out and i wanted to arrange our chef that cooked for us and the music group. THEY KICKED US OFF. like we ain't spending good money there. The owner told us the beach is owned by the government and not on private land, therefore we had open range to do whatever we wanted on the beach.
