5BR Villa in Pacho

We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my daughter's quinceañera, and the experience was excellent. From the first moment, Andrés and Bibiana were very attentive. Bibiana advised us on everything we needed to do, provided us with the contacts we needed, and was always attentive to our requests and to answering each of our questions. We would especially like to highlight the service provided by Ms. Jazmín, who looked out for us and helped us with absolutely everything. She cleaned every day and kept both the pool and the entire house spotless. We also thank Ms. Yamile for her invaluable help in the kitchen. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. The location is easily accessible, and the house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and very pleasant. We felt right at home and very well looked after throughout the weekend. It was definitely a perfect place to share such a special occasion as a family. Thank you so much for everything!

We had a great time! The house is very nice, spacious, comfortable, very well located, safe (inside a condominium), completely private, fully equipped, and cozy! And the people who work there, Jazmin and César (the chef), are very attentive, helpful and cook delicious food!! My family was happy! We will definitely be back!!! 100% recommended

Very good place. Easy to access. It meets the specifications. The service from the managers was very good. They did their work early and with kindness. It was a great place for family weekends.

A very nice and spacious place, clean and tidy. Very helpful, and Jazmín, the lady who helped us with cleaning and food, was very friendly. Recommended

Amazing experience from start to finish! The house is simply beautiful, nicely decorated, and has everything you need to feel at home. Every corner has a special detail that you can tell was thought out with great care. But what really makes this stay special is Jazmín and César. Jazmín is an exceptional person: attentive, friendly, and always making sure that everything is perfect. And César… an amazing chef! Their cuisine is delicious, with authentic flavors that make you not want to leave. Each meal was an experience in itself. We'll definitely be back :)

Excellent, very nice, better than at home, and the spaces are the best.

Great place to go to rest

The property is as shown in the photos, it's easy to get to, very spacious, it has synthetic tennis courts, the pool was clean, and the two people who helped us with everything were always very attentive.

An excellent place to rest and spend time with family. Also, the ladies who were there to help us were always attentive and had a great attitude toward helping.
