Mi estadía estuvo bastante bien. El lugar queda cerca del centro de San Juan. Todo estaba muy limpio, bonito y acogedor.

We had a really nice stay here. The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything, which made getting around really easy. The host was also very responsive and helpful. The only downside was the wifi. Since we work remotely, we rely on a stable connection and it wasn’t very reliable during our stay. We also tried setting up our own Starlink, but the top floor had too many obstructions. Overall, we really enjoyed the space and appreciated how clean and well located it was.

This was a perfect place to stay just outside of all the hustle bustle of downtown, so you’re within walking distance but far enough away to get a peaceful night’s sleep when San Juan gets busy with nightlife. Great view. Strung WiFi signal. Just the basics in the apartment but all you need! Very friendly hosts.

Super appart tout propre et calme dans un quartier typique Nicaraguayen collé au village, légèrement en retrait de l'action mais suffisamment proche à pied pour la rejoindre en 3min! Super hôtes qui répondent super vite, des bon conseils, tout était super facile grâce à eux! merci!

Rabah's house, located at the entrance of San Juan del Sur was the perfect mix between a calm space and one close enough to the city center to walk around town. We loved staying there and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The communication, check-in and check-out was completely self-doable and we didn't have any issues.

Happy to have found this place as we needed to book a last minute accommodation in San Juan. Location was close to a busy street so easy to access shops as well as a very quick walk into town. Owners were super communicative, quick and accommodating throughout our entire stay which we really appreciated :) Thanks!!
