LIVING, DINING AND KITCHEN • Open living room with a big sectional, a large sofa bed for 2 and a large smart TV • Double-height dining room with one long table for the whole group, under a floating steel staircase • Full galley kitchen: gas stove, oven, microwave, big fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice maker, wine glasses and coffee for your first morning

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS • Pink bedroom (primary): king bed and its own ensuite bathroom • Yellow bedroom on the top floor: king bed, its own ensuite bathroom and a private terrace • Turquoise bedroom: king bed • Orange bedroom: two queen beds • Yellow two-queen bedroom on the ground floor, opening to an interior patio • The turquoise and orange bedrooms share a full bathroom; the ground-floor bedroom uses the full bathroom next to the living room • Large sofa bed for 2 in the living room, so 16 guests sleep comfortably • AC in every bedroom, room-darkening shades, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets • The shared first-floor bathroom (turquoise and orange bedrooms) has a bathtub, handy for kids; shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hair dryer provided

Guest access The entire house is yours, including the rooftop hot tub and lounge, the cactus patio and the top-floor terrace. Nothing is shared with other guests. Self check-in with a smart lock, so you can arrive any time after 4:00 PM. The house has three floors connected by a staircase, and the rooftop is up three flights. The yellow two-queen bedroom is on the ground floor for anyone who prefers no stairs. Parking is free on the street; there is no private garage. Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay at extra cost; just ask us.

The yellow two-queen bedroom is on the ground floor. • Exterior security cameras cover the back patio, the rooftop hot tub area and the front door. There are none inside the house. • AC is in all 5 bedrooms. • Sleeping: 3 king beds, 4 queen beds and a large sofa bed for 2 in the living room. • Bathrooms: the pink and the top-floor yellow bedrooms each have an ensuite; the turquoise and orange bedrooms share one; the ground-floor bedroom uses the bathroom by the living room. • Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM. • No parties or events, no smoking, no pets.
