Comodidades y distribución
El baño principal incluye una tina de inmersión y la cocina está completamente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos y modernos, incluyendo un refrigerador Sub-Zero.
Habitaciones:
- Dormitorio principal: cama king, ducha interior-exterior y tina de inmersión.
- Habitación de invitados 1: cama king, baño privado.
- Habitación de invitados 2: cama king, baño privado.
- Habitación de invitados 3: dos camas individuales y un sofá cama con ropa de cama, almohadas y mantas. Ideal para niños y adolescentes, con baño privado.
- Habitación de invitados 4 (en planta baja): cama queen, baño privado.
Información importante sobre electricidad
Debido al alto costo de la electricidad y mantenimiento del aire acondicionado en Nicaragua, se permite un consumo de 90 kWh por día, una cantidad abundante si no se abusa y no se dejan los aparatos encendidos todo el día. Contamos con energía solar para todas las luces, ventiladores y la piscina, por lo que esto no afecta el consumo del aire acondicionado.
Por favor, controle el uso de luces durante el día, ya que en caso de un corte eléctrico nocturno, necesitará respaldo de batería. El huésped y el administrador de la propiedad acordarán las lecturas inicial y final del medidor. El consumo total se comparará con la cuota eléctrica. El exceso de consumo se cobrará a $3 USD por kWh sobre la cuota base.
La cuota eléctrica es muy generosa, pero el uso excesivo o negligente de los aparatos eléctricos, especialmente los aires acondicionados, puede hacer que se supere la cuota. Se considera uso excesivo:
- Mantener los aires acondicionados encendidos sin nadie presente.
- Dejar luces o ventiladores encendidos en habitaciones o áreas desocupadas.
El administrador informará diariamente a los huéspedes sobre el consumo eléctrico para evitar sobrecargos al final de la estancia.
Reglas adicionales
- Cualquier huésped adicional debe ser aprobado por nosotros.
- No se permite que personas no registradas usen el parque de patinaje, ya que es exclusivo para huéspedes registrados.
- No se permite fumar.
- No se permiten fiestas y se debe mantener el nivel de ruido bajo después de las 10 p.m. debido a la cercanía de vecinos.

We had the best stay!! The house is BEAUTIFUL, impeccable, spacious, comfortable, there’s so many fun things to do and it’s really close to the beach and beach club. The staff is very polite and helpful. Lorynn is a great host, extremely attentive and responsive. We would definitely rent this house again!

Definitely five stars for this beautiful house! A few steps away from the beach and you can also enjoy a beautiful back yard and skate park with your family. I would highly recommend staying here! Lorynn was very responsive and super friendly, she gave us an early check in and late check out. If you are looking for a place in Iguana I highly recommend this house as one of the best options.

Gorgeous property and awesome host (Lorynn). She thought of every little detail to make sure her guests enjoy their stay. From plenty comfy towels for the pool to top notch entretainment equipments (85 inches TV, luxury speakers around the pool, etc). As well as a high-end kitchen, top of the line appliances and games for kids and adults in the backyard. This is by far the most and best equipped Airbnb property I've stayed at Tola.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The local staff were super nice and attentive. The host gave us so many recommendations. It was so easy to plan because they provided me with every contact I needed. I had contacts for transportation, chef, masseuse, golf carts, and horse back riding. It was the perfect place for my husband’s 40th. Will definitely rent again.

The house is very nice but the accommodation rules are not complied with. Check-out is at 11:00 am and then they change it at 10:00 am. Same with the check-in time, they are not clear. The house says it's for 11 people and they don't accept that number. The owners are heavy. They bother all day long. They are unbearable. We arrived as a family to spend a quiet weekend and they had us desperate with the light with the time of arrival and with the check-out time, the terrible truth

This Airbnb rental is one of our top favorites. The house is gorgeous and luxurious, and the amenities are unique and perfect for active guests (skate bowl, trampoline, diving board, bikes, surf rack, fenced-in grass area, soccer goals, etc.). The location is right in front of Colorados. A quick walk across the street and you can check out the waves. It also feels private, safe, and secure. It also comes with the sweetest housekeeper who is helpful with laundry and daily cleaning. She is a gem. I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this place so we can keep it to ourselves. 😂 We will definitely be back!
