Descripción del espacio
El diseño de la propiedad — los terrenos, las amenidades y la experiencia completa de Nimbu — es impresionante e íntimo. Al ingresar por la entrada con teclado en el tranquilo vecindario de Playa Langosta, se presenta una maravilla. La planta baja y los terrenos circundantes ofrecen un ambiente de resort completamente privado.
Hermosas piscinas infinitas interconectadas, espacios integrados para descanso y ejercicio, duchas al aire libre y arquitectura paisajística exuberante, todo dentro de un perímetro seguro y privado. El flujo, los materiales, las amenidades y la experiencia son seductores y tranquilos.
El detalle, la calidad y el diseño son fundamentales en Nimbu. Iluminación impecable, audio y video, tecnología, muebles personalizados, lencería de lujo, artesanía y materiales crean un ambiente extraordinario y de alta gama.
Subir al nivel principal es una experiencia. Una rampa gradual de teca se eleva sobre las piscinas mientras se llega a un espacio abierto y cubierto. Aquí se está rodeado por teca desde el piso hasta el techo abovedado. Este es el salón principal interior/exterior y el área de comedor, el centro de la casa que conecta las habitaciones principales, la cocina interior/exterior y los espacios de entretenimiento.
Los espacios interiores y exteriores en el segundo piso tienen vista a las piscinas y terrenos, conectando fluidamente las actividades sociales o individuales. Dos habitaciones se acceden desde el lado de la cocina, mientras que otras dos (incluyendo la suite principal y las habitaciones de invitados/oficina) se conectan a través de la terraza central.
Las habitaciones y baños son hermosos, cómodos y completamente equipados. La suite principal, con baño y ducha de nivel spa, debe experimentarse para apreciarse plenamente. Muebles empotrados grandes, balcones exteriores, camas y lencería lujosas y un diseño interior espectacular brindan confort.
La casita independiente y equipada (quinta habitación) está ubicada junto a la piscina: cama king, segunda cocina equipada, espacio privado para comedor/salón, internet de fibra óptica, pantalla plana y sofá seccional. Ofrece privacidad e independencia adicionales.
La cocina y área de estar principal interior pueden abrirse completamente a lo largo de treinta pies de puertas de vidrio de piso a techo. Ya sea cerrada y con control climático o abierta al espacio cubierto de teca para comedor y descanso, la cocina y el área integrada están completamente equipadas.
Los grupos pueden disfrutar películas y deportes en la pantalla plana de 75” conectada a sonido envolvente Sonos e internet de fibra óptica. Una parrilla de gas cubierta de alta gama con fregadero, mostrador y almacenamiento apoya comidas grupales.

Visitar Nimbu es mágico. El diseño, la acomodación y el servicio son ejemplares y holísticos. Ya sea alquilando una casa para hasta 10 personas o uniendo Nimbu West y Nimbu East para grupos de hasta 20, los huéspedes disfrutan de lujo, confort y entretenimiento.
Desde diversos espacios de descanso hasta las piscinas, gimnasio y paisaje integrados, la estadía puede ser tan íntima o social, meditativa o activa como se desee.
Sobre la propiedad
Concebido, diseñado y construido por OsArq en 2023, "Nimbu" es una propiedad de lujo compuesta por dos casas idénticas y contiguas en Playa Langosta, Tamarindo. Cada casa puede rentarse individualmente o juntas para grupos más grandes.
Individualmente, cada propiedad (Nimbu West y Nimbu East) es separada, privada y segura, con sus propias comodidades, piscinas y amenidades completas.
Para grupos de hasta 20 personas, las propiedades pueden unirse y abrirse, formando un complejo espectacular. Las casas están separadas por un muro de 3 metros que se puede abrir para conectar ambas propiedades con un césped de 9 por 9 metros.

Nimbu East y Nimbu West
El complejo completo consta de dos propiedades idénticas, contiguas pero independientes y privadas. Cada una tiene piscinas, terrenos, habitaciones, salones y cocinas sin compartir amenidades.
Para grupos grandes o eventos especiales, ambas propiedades pueden rentarse juntas y unirse para formar un complejo amplio y espectacular.
La zona
Nimbu está a 3 minutos caminando de la playa, 3 minutos en auto de Tamarindo y 64 km del aeropuerto LIR. Está en el tranquilo y deseado vecindario de Langosta, al borde del Parque Marino Nacional Las Baulas.
El supermercado Langosta está a una cuadra y bien abastecido. Hay excelentes restaurantes en Tamarindo y algunos están a una cómoda caminata.
Tamarindo es un pueblo surfista animado con restaurantes frente al mar, olas famosas y vida nocturna abundante.
Servicios
Nimbu cuenta con personal dedicado a largo plazo para limpieza, mantenimiento y confort. Además, ofrece administración y conserjería para todos los huéspedes.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. Every single review was spot on. Paragraph the room rooms and bathroom bathrooms were spotless and felt like a spa. The Air-conditioning in the rooms worked well which was definitely necessary in the Costa Rican heat! We had two families of four including two teenage boys and everybody loved the property. My 18-year-old was able to use the separate downstairs apartment and loved the privacy. Because the property was so nice we spent a lot of time in the saltwater pool. Having Andrea set up the golf carts ahead of time was a plus and definitely the best way to get around. Andrea and management were extremely responsive and diligent in fixing a couple of small issues that came up. I would not hesitate to recommend this stay to friends and family or come back myself! The best way to explore Costa Rica!

Nimbu was the best possible place for our family to spend my mom’s 79th bday. Andrea is a host like no other, she greeted us upon arrival and made sure we wanted for nothing. She had the best recommendations for activities and restaurants and even went a step further and made all of our actual reservations. The home was perfect for our group of 8 and was spacious with a beautiful tropic look/feel. The pool is heated and the outdoor area is great for entertaining. There was a small grocery store literally 30ft away from the home, which was perfect for small store runs. The town of Tamarindo is a 5 min golf cart ride away that has all of the shopping and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay! The host/staff was very quick and responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. The home was spotless with great amenities, including very comfortable king-size beds. We loved the heated pool and gym area, and the AC kept the house perfectly cool after long days in the heat and humidity. Andrea, the concierge, made planning our bachelorette trip effortless and seamless. Sandra, the house manager, was wonderful—she gave us a full tour and even went above and beyond by coordinating with emergency services when a fallen tree blocked the road, ensuring we still made it to the airport on time. Flamingo Foods provided delicious breakfasts with great service, and housekeeping was exceptional—quiet, thorough, and unobtrusive. The golf carts were also a highlight and made getting around the area so easy and fun. Overall, this was a five-star experience from beginning to end. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone!

LOVED LOVED LOVED every aspect of my stay here! I spent my bachelorette here and was amazed by the incredible service, included concierge and housekeeping. Everything was perfect! So clean and so relaxing here. Andrea was absolutely amazing! She helped coordinate all my restaurants, transportation and activities during my stay here. She was very responsive and helped me plan everything months before so by the time I got there, everything was ready. All of our plans went so smooth and she gave the best recommendations. Thank you so much for helping making this trip unforgettable and the bach of my dreams. I would stay here again and again! Loved Costa Rica and this beautiful villa. Already considering coming back next year and renting out both villas!

Our 7 day stay at the Nimbu West Villa was everything we could have asked for. The home is gorgeous and comfortably accommodated our party of 9 adults. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed it everyday we were there. The location is very convenient with a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach within close walking distance. We rented golf carts which made it very easy to get in and out of Tamarindo. Big thanks to Andrea our concierge for helping arrange multiple excursions and logistics in advance of our arrival. We also appreciated the housekeeping staff for making the home so clean and providing anything we needed. It was a great stay and we hope to come back again soon.

If you're looking for the ideal mix of peace and convenience, this place delivers. The location is tucked away in a quiet setting, but you're only minutes from downtown Tamarindo. Easy access to restaurants, beaches, and nightlife without any of the noise. The house itself was excellent from top to bottom. The layout was well thought out, everything was spotless, and the amenities covered everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor spaces were amazing. Highly recommend!

This house is insanely beautiful! It was such a treat to stay. It’s a true jungle dream house. We spent so much time enjoying the pool, and it’s a quick uber ride to town/the beach. We booked a chef dinner through the concierge service which was truly incredible. We also booked a private catamaran tour which was truly amazing. We also got grocery delivery service and arrived to a fully stocked fridge! The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay absolutely perfect. It is so appreciated! The bathroom in the master suite is basically a spa. The retractable roof is like nothing I’ve ever seen. The in-ground hot tub is luxurious! If you are looking for a unique stay — don’t hesitate to book! It’s great for groups and everyone will love the cool design.
