Arturo is an excellent host, very attentive to our communication. You can see that the house was amazing at the time, both for its spaces, very large rooms, and for its beautiful garden… but it's not anymore. It needs a lot of maintenance, especially on the outside, which means it's no longer in the condition shown in the photos. A clear example is the pool area. In the photos it looks spectacular, with the entire edge of the pool with varnished wood. However, in reality, all the wood is loose, in a very deteriorated condition. Several tiles are missing in the pool. We discussed it with Arturo, who told us that they haven't had time to fix it... Apart from this major detail, we had a good weekend.

The house is spacious and quiet, it complies with all the description of the ad and likewise the attention and response of Arturo was always instantaneous and willing to help with some other requests such as kitchen service or recommendations for supermarkets or places near the house.

The house was beautiful, it matched the images exactly, just the detail of the refrigerator that didn't work well the first day, the pool was large and at a super nice temperature, we had a great time as a family
