Martin was the best Airbnb host we encountered! He went above and beyond to help us find local resturants and offered to arrange a driver to help us get to the airport which was a huge help!! He is very responsive in giving us local recommendations, and especially helping us with the local taxi situation. He made our experience very memoriable espeicially we were there to celebrate our friend 40th birthday! I would def recommemd anyone to book this place and Martin for his expertise in the area and more importantly his geneoristy and kindbwss!! Thank you and will be back soon!!!

The property is very nice and cozy. It has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and socializing. We were 4 couples and it was very comfortable and private, each had a bathroom. The location is excellent as it is one street from the highway without traffic problems. Very comfortable

Martin’s stay was an overall great experience. They were very responsive and helpful organising additional activities. The house was clean and tidy as well as equipped with all the equipment needed to enjoy our stay for a week. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay downtown Talum.

This chic townhouse is the bomb! I absolutely loved the large glass window/walls and feeling like I was one with nature! Even better than in the pictures. The place is in a great location and easy to get to; it is very private and the complex has so many nice amenities. We stopped by the grocery store and made use of both the well-stocked kitchen and the bbq area. The gym, while small, had just what we needed for working out during a vacation :-) There was really nothing missing, I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you Martin for being so easy to communicate with!

We are so thankful to Martin/Tatumn for hosting. We enjoyed Moon Tulum as it was nice and safe home that’s closed to most activities. The house was clean and multi level with a very nice club house and lots of activities (rock climbing wall, pool, gym, pool table) This is a very nice family oriented home. It was great to have a Full kitchen/washer/dryer. Thank you Tatumn.

This house spread over 3 floors accommodated our group of7 comfortably. The roof top pool was a lovely luxury, and the ensuite bathrooms helped get everyone showered after the beach. It was clean and comfortable, and Martin and his team were very responsive. This stay in Tulum was a great end to a 3 week tour of the Yucatan!

This unit is very convenient to the large, well paved highway allowing easy access to food shopping, restaurants, beaches, ruins, Tulum, Akumal, and the many interesting and charming places northwest into QR and further into the state of Yucatán. It is also very well secluded, making you feel hidden away in the trees while still close to everything. The property was immaculate, stocked with everything we needed, a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, big windows, and a few common areas, allowing us to be together and still have our own spaces if we needed them. The common areas of the development offer great views, a cool jungle pool, a community wood charcoal grill, a gym and game room when you just want to stay put. Marty & Tatumn were excellent hosts, connected us with an excellent local car rental company, and took great care of us. Every question and request was answered with cheer and calm. It’s clear that they care about their guests and understand hospitality well.

We loved our stay! Perfect space for our family. Clean, good location that’s easily walkable to local attractions, private and safe. Martin and Tatumn were fantastic, quick and helpful responses! Highly recommend!!
