The Space

Sunlight Gem by Ronival is a luxurious three-bedroom condominium located in Vista Vela, ideal for your Cabo getaway. This spacious, immaculate condo offers stunning ocean views from its large patio, creating a perfect setting for relaxation.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with its own bathroom, while the third bedroom has two double beds, providing comfortable accommodations for families or groups seeking both privacy and togetherness.

After a day at the beach, unwind on the expansive outdoor terrace, which is equipped with a dining table, BBQ grill, cozy seating, and a fire pit, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the ocean.

For your convenience, the condo is equipped with high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, quality linens, and a selection of bath toiletries including hand soap, shampoo, beach towels, and a hairdryer, allowing you to pack light.

The condo is conveniently situated just 10 minutes from the beach and within walking distance to Costco and top restaurants. Additionally, a 24-hour supermarket, Soriana, is nearby for all your shopping needs.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and all clubhouse facilities, including the workout room, community pool, pickleball courts, game room, and fitness center.

Additional Information

• A $12 environmental fee per stay will be charged for all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability efforts.
• Vista Vela and some condos are still under construction. While occasional construction noise may be heard, the condo’s interior design minimizes disturbance. Guests sensitive to noise or seeking complete quiet may want to consider this before booking.
• Pets are not allowed on the property. If you plan to travel with a pet or service dog, please notify us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Last-minute arrivals with pets will not be permitted.
• Maximum occupancy is six guests and must not be exceeded at any time. Additional guests beyond this limit are not allowed. Day visitors are welcome as long as the maximum occupancy is maintained. A $250 USD fine will be imposed for violations.
• External vendors are not permitted inside the property. Our concierge can recommend trusted vendors for any services you may require.
• Monthly reservations are accepted, but may require an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month. Please confirm before booking.
