El desarrollo Vista Vela y algunos condominios todavía están en construcción. Los huéspedes pueden notar sonidos de construcción, aunque el diseño interior del edificio ayuda a minimizar su impacto.
Si es muy sensible al ruido o necesita tranquilidad absoluta, es posible que esta propiedad no sea la opción más adecuada. Sin embargo, Vista Vela ofrece vistas impresionantes, excelentes amenidades y una ubicación privilegiada.
Reglas importantes de la casa
- No se permiten mascotas en la propiedad. Si planea viajar con una mascota o un perro de servicio, infórmenos con anticipación para que podamos ayudarle a encontrar un alojamiento adecuado. Las mascotas que lleguen sin aprobación previa no podrán ingresar a la propiedad.
- La ocupación máxima es de seis huéspedes y no puede excederse en ningún momento.
- Se negará el registro de entrada a las reservaciones que lleguen con más huéspedes de los reservados y registrados.
- Se permiten visitantes durante el día siempre que no se exceda la ocupación máxima.
- Se aplica una multa de $250 USD por incumplir la regla de ocupación.
- No se permite el ingreso de proveedores externos a la propiedad. Nuestro servicio de concierge puede recomendar proveedores de confianza para cualquier asistencia que necesite.

The unit itself was really spectacular with tall ceilings, beautiful and comfortable furniture and fixtures and an expansive outdoor area with a million dollar view of the Sea of Cortez and Cabo rocks/arch. The host is world class in every way. Not only did they provide clear instructions and prompt responses, but went above and beyond in many ways such as securing access for our group to a popular beach club that was “sold out”when we had attempted to buy tickets for ourselves directly. The parking for this unit is ideal, with a huge and easily accessible space just steps from the unit via elevator or one short flight of stairs. The area is very safe and the gate staff was super friendly and attentive. Both a spectacular grocery and Costco are just a few steps away from the unit. The Costco is below grade from the unit so you literally can’t even see it while enjoying the ocean views. There’s a number of really nice restaurants and coffee shops a short walk up the hill from the unit.

Perfect location for a relaxing trip. You get the convenience /background noise of Costco and a 24 hour grocery store but still have a great view! Apartment was even better than we expected from the photos and the patio area was a hit!

PROS: The host's service was very attentive, it has a good location for the supermarket, you can walk to Costco or Soriana (24/7). They welcomed us with beers and a very tasty guacamole. They have several accessories such as a hair dryer, umbrellas, inflatables, icebox, washer and dryer, a grill and an electric fire. The view from the terrace is very nice, being on the 1st floor you have 2 very accessible exits in front or by the elevator. They have paddle tennis and tennis courts. CONS: Police not very accessible. It was difficult for us to close the apartment. The air in the living/dining room was broken, it was dripping a lot and one night we were awakened by a very loud sound. The fan in the living room wasn't working. The part of the terrace in photos is not updated, it is shown as if there was grass or sand, it is NOT true, it is only a roof. The nearest pool was under repair. We were asked to take out all the trash at the end. We're missing a juicer.

My family and I had a great time staying here. Not only is the unit as described and pictured, the communication with Claudia and Sharol was impeccable and they were extremely helpful leading up to and during our trip when we had questions. The unit itself is well-appointed and perfectly accommodated our group. Each room has a bathroom, the washer/dryer was helpful to have, and the gated community experience added and reserved parking spot (we had a rental car) was an added comfort. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!

beautiful apartment, can enjoy the view of El Arco from living room. great for family. Grocery across the road. We did not rent car, took Uber to Downton/ marina- 3 to 5 USD for xl each way. Apartment was very clean, large for two families. Will stay again

Pros: - Very responsive hosts and helped us adjust check-in/out times - Beach umbrella and 2 chairs are provided - Walkable to Costco and Soriana (24hr supermarket and we went there all the time) - Cleaning tools are provided - They provided welcome snacks and BEERS! 🍻 Cons: - Sometimes the wifi is a bit slow - You will need a car to get around Overall we were very satisfied with the place and would definitely recommend for family stay (5-6 people)!

Booked for my birthday and had an amazing stay here. The scenery was breathtaking and watched the sunset lining from our patio. Also got to sit out there and look at the stars. Very spacious and beautiful interior. It’s also right next to a 24 hour market which was extremely convenient and a walkable distance from some great restaurants!
