The villas are located within a private residential community with on-site security. Each unit includes:

The villa is located next to the main road, so some traffic noise may be noticeable. White-noise devices and earplugs are provided for your comfort.

Hi, I’m Diego Blanco, founder of Arenal Heights Villas and Concierge Arenal. Born and raised near the volcano, I have more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guiding travelers from around the world and managing renowned lodges such as Tortuga Lodge and Monteverde Lodge.

This project represents my dream of welcoming guests from all walks of life to experience Pura Vida in one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

A Place with History

As a child, I visited these hills with my family, watching Arenal’s lava flows and swimming in the thermal river below. Locals called this area the “lookout fields.”
