This cute small house is located one block of Plaza San Diego. Great location and safe to walk any time. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, small pool, terraces and 2 employees. One of them cook deliciuos Colombian food! The space Great location, a few steps from plaza san diego, restaurants, bars and historic places. The house is small but has everything you need. A small pool in the middle of the house, open kitchen, living and dining room, roof terrace, amazing bar (basemant) and include 1 cleaning lady 8 hours at day and a watchman during the night. we also offer a person who cook for 25 USD per day (8 hours at day). you can walk aroud any time. we are in a safe and turistic area. Guest access 1 clean lady and watchman employee are included , small pool and 2 diferent terraces Other things to note No party! No visitors sleeping in the house. No vendors, sales people in the house. We have hot water.(Shower). We also rent more properties in Cartagena and other places around the world Do not smoke Registration Details 25029

Exceptional location for this townhouse in the middle of San Diego. The house is very nice and well-equipped, and the small pool in the patio is beneficial in hot weather. Loved our stay.

Living within walking distance of so many fantastic restaurants was a treat. The place was well equipped and the staff were awesome—with everything from restaurant reservations to getting our luggage up and down the spirit staircases. The rooftop patio was a great spot to watch the sunset while sipping a cocktail. The open air pool in the living room was also fun! The only downside to the open roof was the torrential rain one night that flooded the entire living area when the wind blew the rain in. Happily, all the bedrooms were on floors two and three, had doors, and were not affected by the storm.

Great host, amazing location, beautiful house. The only issue we had was with the hot water. No hot water in the shower.

The house is very welcoming. The downstairs open concept with the pool and dining area and kitchen is very nice. The living room has a fantastic ac which is nice to relax in after a hot day. The bedrooms are good size. The 2nd floor bathroom is kind of small but functional. An additional shower on the 3rd floor is nice for those staying on that floor. There’s also a toilet on the first floor so it’s really three baths and 2 halfs. The team of helpers around the house were fantastic. They made us breakfast, cleaned our rooms, and Oscar was basically our security guard throughout the stay. He helped carry up our luggage, he was willing to go shopping for us and he made sure that lights and the pool were all operating correctly. We were concerned that there was no hot water heater for showers but it’s warm from the climate. No worries. The pool is 5’ deep and can accommodate 6+. It is perfect for cooling off. Easy to walk to the mall and restaurants. We loved our experience!

We had a fabulous stay! The house is very well arranged and tastefully decorated. It was perfect for our group of 8. The location is ideal, in the heart of the historic center. We enjoyed an excellent local meal prepared by the cook. We'll be happy to go back!
