The layout includes an open kitchen with a bar area and a comfortable living room with a smart TV. The townhouse spans two stories:
- First floor: kitchen, living area, washer and dryer, and a half bathroom
- Second floor: two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, closet space, a smart TV, and a balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and closet space. All beds are outfitted with luxury hotel-quality sheets, duvets, and comfortable mattresses. A pack and play is available upon prior request.
Please note that monthly specials do not include electricity.

Guests have access to a beautiful pool and common area within the gated complex, perfect for relaxing and swimming. The community offers nightly security for added safety and peace of mind.
While there is no assigned parking within the complex, street parking is readily available and easy to access.

Our stay in Tamarindo was perfect at this place, which is within walking distance of the beach and all the restaurants. I would go back there without hesitation.

Clean and well appointed. One of the bedroom ceiling fans didn’t work but Andrea offered to have it repaired. Wasn’t necessary as the AC was enough. There were beach chairs provided which was much appreciated. Altogether a convenient and clean place to stay. There are parking spaces for the building and on the street right outside the gate. Short walk to the Main Street and not too far to walk to the beach

We had a really great stay here. The location couldn’t have been better just a short walk to the beach, which made everything feel easy and relaxed, especially travelling with my daughter. I genuinely appreciated their commitment to using environmentally safe products and avoiding harsh chemicals. That was a big bonus for us and made the space feel clean in a healthy way. We also loved being in a poolside room. It was the perfect spot quiet, convenient, and ideal for unwinding after the beach. Overall, a really solid place to stay. We’d definitely come back.

“Excellent experience. The place is very comfortable, clean and as shown in the photos. The location is ideal and the atmosphere is very quiet. The host was friendly and attentive at all times. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend it.”

We had a great stay at Andrea's condo in Tamarindo. Nice kitchen, nice bathrooms, conveniently located a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in Tamarindo. Having the pool steps outside the door was great!

Excellent location, 3 blocks from beachfront activities, restaurants and, of course, the beach. Clean and spacious apartment, plenty of room for our family of 4. Safe- security guard during the day. 2 nice pools. Quiet neighborhood- howler monkey family living on the trees nearby (fun to look at). Great space, beautifully decorated, modern and stylish.
